Amazing gummy for adults with awesome benefits

I have been using this vitamin for about 7 months now, and I love it!! It tastes amazing and I know it works incredible for taking 2 of them a day. I have alopecia and I’m 38, this vitamin has helped my hair growth substantially!! Not only that it has made my skin glow and my nails much stronger than ever. I love Nature’s Bounty and their quality. I definitely recommend these. If anyone experiences a breakout, it’s usually from all The biotin in the vitamin. If you cut back to 1 vitamin at first and add the other within a week or two you should be ok, your body just has to adjust to it.

Avoid at all costs!

I bought these gummies in hopes that my hair and nails would grow. The week after I started taking them, I broke out SO MUCH (i never break out, or have severe acne). I stopped taking them immediately. These gummies truly messed up my clear skin and I highly advise you steer clear.

Hard as nails

During the winter I noticed my nails started breaking more frequently. Bought these to try and help prevent breakage. I haven’t experienced any breakage since I have started using them. I also noticed my hair seems thicker. Just recently bought a refill since my results were so good. Would recommend.

Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails Gummies

I love this product. I love the fact that you only need to take 2 a day. I've been using this product for almost a year. My nails, hair and skin have never looked so healthy. I love products that work.

I didn't like these.

I find these have a terrible aftertaste and a greasy texture. I don't think they're doing much for my hair or nails. I've been taking them for 6 weeks and not much has changed. I won't be rebuying them

I tried these because of the ease of use. I read the reviews - people said it did more for hair than nails. It did neither for me. I saw no results. I felt used.

Yummy

Just started taking these about a month ago and so far so good. The taste is surprisingly good. I think my nail health has improved quite a bit. My hair certainly seems to be growing quicker too!

I have purchased these gummies for 6 months now. I noticed a huge change in my nails. My nails used to peel a lot, and now they are thick and do not peel. The gummies taste great, and they are not expensive. I also noticed a change in my skin, it has become clearer.

Great taste great value

These come in different flavors and sizes, but for me I got the strawberry flavor and 120 count. The gummy is small in size, easy to chew and tasty! I did see a difference in about a 2 week time. Hair, nails and skin looked and felt more healthy. I would recommend for a great tasting gummy with great results!

NO results

I got this bottle from Costco and thought it would be a good way to take vitamins (as a fruity gummy). I have crappy hair, skin, and nails so I wanted this to work so badly. However, I was very disappointed. After taking the full bottle (220 gummies), there wasn’t even an ounce of change in my hair, skin, and nails. All it was was a bottle of candy basically.
