Miracle vitamin

I bought this vitamin out on a limb about one a half to 2 months ago at Walmart. I'm so glad I did! I've noticed a significant improvement in the strength of my nails and they're growing super long also! My skin looks brighter and glowy and I'm having less breakouts. I feel as though I'm getting less fall out with my hair when I brush it but I feel like I need to be taking it longer to notice asignificant change in my hair. And did I mention they taste absolutely amazing! I try very hard to only take the recommended 2 gummies per day lol.

Can't be sure if it's working

I was really excited to try this product, but I can't be 100% sure if it has done anything. I have been using for about a month now - and while they are super yummy - I haven't noticed a dramatic impact. That being said, before taking these daily I was taking biotin every day (which I did notice an improvement in my hair especially). Going from biotin to taking these seems about the same. I wouldn't say don't try these out, I just think that it did the same as taking biotin daily (which is a slightly cheaper option).

Love those! Strawberry flavor, love it so much I wish I could take the whole bottle instead of 2 gummies, my hair loss is so much better than I thought it would be, love it ❤️

I am never sure if I ever really notice anything but I do think that I did notice some improvements in my skin, hair and nails. I will probably purchase at least one more bottle and see if the results stay the same and continue using

My nails are usually very short and break easily. After using these vitamins a few months my nails actually started to get some length and are much stronger.

Love these vitamins, I have been using them for 6 months now and I have noticed a big difference in my hair and nails. They both seem stronger and less brittle. My nails grow so fast since I have been taking these vitamins. My hair is so soft and I even color my hair.

I've only purchased one bottle of these vitamin gummies, so I'm not sure I can say exactly how effective they are when it comes to long-term effects. However, I did notice a difference in my skin and nails. My skin appeared to look more healthier and my nails were more stronger (not as brittle as they were).

I started taking these about a month ago and I have noticed that my hair is growing a bit but it is also making hair in unwanted places grow as well. My skin did break out in the first weeks of taking these gummies but has since cleared up with using my skin care routine. The only thing I do not like is that I have to keep cutting my nails, my nails are the only things growing like crazy since I've been using the gummies. I don't like my nails long so having to cut my nails twice a week is kinda irritating.
