I take this vitamin every day. I need this product to help strengthen my nails. Since I have been taking this I have noticed my nails starting to harden. I will continue with this one.

I have been taking the capsules for a few years but I'm loving the gummies now. I have thin hair and I've been noticing growth at my hairline. Nails are on point too.

I have tried these for a while and didn't notice a difference as I didn't pay attention, they taste really good and I would recommend trying these to anyone incase they work.

I was a bit hesitant in trying this when I first purchased it. However, after trying it a bottle I have since purchased 4 large containers of it! My hair is so much thicker, soft and shiny, my nails and harder and have grown longer faster, and my skin has a soft glow to it; AMAZING product. They also taste so yummy! I started to see a noticeable improvement after two weeks! Love it!

Many of my customers were purchasing these, so I'd figure I'd give it a whirl. I don't have a problem with hair growth, however, from years of biting my nails they were very frail and break easily.

I noticed about a few weeks in the consistency of my nails was changing. They seemed stronger in texture, and didn't break as easily.

After a couple months use, my nails appear to be growing at a more rapid rate, and arent as brittle. Although they are not at the length I would like them to be, I'm confident this vitamin will give them the boost they need to get healthy. They taste great too which is a plus!

I have been using this for well over 3 months. My Nails & skin look great. My hair is growing and I'm happy about that. I like the taste of these little gummies. No harmness Its a perfect little gummy.

When I started to see my hair growth I couldn't believe all the little ends standing straight up I first thought my hair had sever breakage. My hairdresser told me it was new growth and tons of it.. Im happy I have really fine hair so Im hoping Ill get more and it gets longer :)

I would not recommend these, but I didn't have a very good experience. Worked great for my nails and my hair did grow, but I also got very faint (Im blond thank goodness) peach fuzz on my face which I did not have before I started taking them.

I love the tastes of these gummies and that I can incorporate vitamins into my diet in such a fun day.
However, I'm not sure if it is really helping to grow my hair.

Nature bounty hair skin & nails gummies are amazing.. I have been using it for almost 4 months now. I have noticed so many great things with my nails they are growing... My skin looks great. One funny thing was I was so worried that my hair was breaking from the chemical treatments I do to have blonder hair. I couldn't believe all these little hairs poking up from my scalp. I was horrified I thought it was damage to my hair. My hairdresser laughed and told me it hair growth..
My hair looks so nice its not brittle and Im so happy with this product.

I haven't noticed a change with my hair Andy nails as I just started taking these but they are so delicious I want to eat them as sweets! That they have a benefit is an added bonus.
