My nails and hair might have improved with this supplement. Nails definitely grew faster. However, my skin definitely did not. There was a high amount of biotin in the gummies, which my body was not accustomed to. I had only taken a gummy a day to start - but it was still enough to cause my skin to erupt with cystic acne. Regularly. Before this, my skin was generally free from blemishes, aside from the occasional small blackhead on the chin, forehead or nose. To see these large, often painful pimples was devastating, to say the least, and took months to recover. I still have very mild scarring, despite using retinoids and hypoquinone.

On the bright side, the strawberry taste was great and made it fun to take these supplements.

Unfortunately, I would rather have clear skin and short hair than to have a spotted face and long hair.

I have been using this product for 4 months already and I have seen great results! My hair has grown longer and thicker. The gummies also taste good which make it easy to take and something to look forward to after a day's meal. The price is also worth every penny especially since Walmart offered a huge discount (around 50%) for the 165 gummies/bottle.

All I can say is every chick should have this product in her beauty arsenal. My nail's are beautiful, long, strong and REAL. My hair has grown 2 inches in 3 months and I am noticing my skin looking better and I have been using this for 3 months.

I've finished up a bottle of this and am now on my second bottle. I haven't really seen any results however .. maybe my nails have been growing a little faster than normal but my skin and hair haven't really changed much. It's $11 in Toronto and I don't think I'll be repurchasing. It may be working and showing effects for some people but I haven't seen anything.

I have been using Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails vitamins for about 3 months now, and I have noticed a drastic improvement in my nails especially. I have always had very weak nails that broke and split very easily. I also bit them on a constant basis, so between the biting and the breaking, my nails were always very short. Since taking these vitamins, my nails have become significantly stronger and have stopped breaking and splitting, and because of this, I have quit my nasty nail biting habit! I finally have long, nice nails for the first time in my life!!
I haven't seen as much of a change in my hair and skin; my hair seems to be growing slightly faster than usual, but not a big change. I will for sure keep taking the vitamins even solely for what they have done for my nails.

They seem to be about average price for vitamins, and I have been able to get coupons for them a few times.

The gummies taste good and make it seem like less of a chore to take. It's just like eating candy!

I had the opportunity to try an 80 gummies bottle of Nature’s Bounty® Optimal Solutions® Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies. The directions recommend 1-2 gummies 1-2 times a day. I took two gummies two times a day for 20 days. I might even recommend that you take one gummy twice a day to even out the biotin intake.

Two gummies are 15 calories and contain 4g of carbohydrates and 2g of sugars. They have 15mg (25% DV) of Vitamin C as ascorbic acid, 15IU (50% DV) of Vitamin E as di-alpha tocopheryl acetate, and 2,500mcg (833% DV) of biotin as d-Biotin. They are gluten-free and free from artificial flavor, milk, lactose, soy, wheat, yeast, fish, and are sodium-free.

The gummies tasted really good. They were soft and chewy, but didn’t stick to my teeth. For me to be able to tell you if these work to strengthen my nails and improve my hair and skin, I would have to take Nature’s Bounty® Optimal Solutions® Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies for at least 3 months, so I honestly don’t have enough information to prove that. I am one to who does it all I forget my make up on over night, I dye and straighten my hair, and my nails forget about it. So I asked around and was directed to these. Now I got the 80ct which is enough for 40 days if you take 2 everyday ( the most they say is take 2 twice a day) but I am on my first bottle. I have notice alittle more strength to my nails and my skin is not as bad as it was before (pore wise and just a icky look). My hair is a different story due to the coloring I just did but hopefully once I lay off a bit things will change there more.

The Gummies I got for 2 reasons one being I hated and never could remember to take pills no matter what I just cannot. Second they are a yummy strawberry flavor. So I can pop them in my mouth and I do not have to have water or anything and just go on with things I am doing.

Gummy Vitamins are all the rage lately and a lot of companies have been coming out with products to promote Hair, Skin, and Nail beauty. These products have always interested me because my nails in particular are very weak and break all the time and its hard for me to get them to grow to any real length and last. I found these gummies by receiving a free sample from the company has since then bought more. They do cost a little bit but my nail strength has improved and skin looks better also. It's hard to tell with my hair since I color it =). I think every woman should at least try them and gummy form is an easy way to take them.
