I am never sure if I ever really notice anything but I do think that I did notice some improvements in my skin, hair and nails. I will probably purchase at least one more bottle and see if the results stay the same and continue using

I'm not too sure if my nails and hair are healthier and stronger beecause of this product alone, but I'm sure it supplements the rest of my more improved dietary and physical lifestyle. These gummies are soooo delicious, They're small and many times I have wanted to pop them like candy!

Keep in mind that results show after a few months, so don't expect to see any results in a short while of time.

I started taking these about a month ago and I have noticed that my hair is growing a bit but it is also making hair in unwanted places grow as well. My skin did break out in the first weeks of taking these gummies but has since cleared up with using my skin care routine. The only thing I do not like is that I have to keep cutting my nails, my nails are the only things growing like crazy since I've been using the gummies. I don't like my nails long so having to cut my nails twice a week is kinda irritating.

I couldn't find anything that would work for my hair! I tried so many different vitamins, hair masks and drinks to repair it. But the high quality vitamins you get from nature's bounty worked so well! I actually think my hair and nails are stronger, longer and shiny!

I have tried these for a while and didn't notice a difference as I didn't pay attention, they taste really good and I would recommend trying these to anyone incase they work.

I love the tastes of these gummies and that I can incorporate vitamins into my diet in such a fun day.
However, I'm not sure if it is really helping to grow my hair.

These little gummies tasted great ,not bad in price but found they did absolutely nothing for my hair nails or skin I didn't notice any change at all !

These are pretty great tasting vitamins. I've tried a few that are almost inedible, but these ones are tasty and they seem to work. I've noticed an improvement in my skin since I started using them and my hair feels a little less coarse. I heard about these through Willam Belli's book, "Where There's a Willam There's a Way" and as I trust Willam's opinion I decided to give them a try. Its always hard to rate vitamins, since their effects are so subtle, but in this case I've noticed positive changes, and that's amazing.

My nails are already strong, I mostly wanted to use this to see if it would have any positive effects on my hair and skin. I have been taking these for about a month now (one a day as I found it a bit too easing on the digestive system).

I haven't noticed any significant changes, however, I don't have any negative changes either so I'm somewhat neutral. I'll continue to take them as they taste good and I'd rather take something rather than nothing at all.
