Would not buy again

The gummy itself tastes good and was easy to take. However, I did not notice any improvement after using for a few months. Would not buy again because of this.

Avoid at all costs!

I bought these gummies in hopes that my hair and nails would grow. The week after I started taking them, I broke out SO MUCH (i never break out, or have severe acne). I stopped taking them immediately. These gummies truly messed up my clear skin and I highly advise you steer clear.

I didn't like these.

I find these have a terrible aftertaste and a greasy texture. I don't think they're doing much for my hair or nails. I've been taking them for 6 weeks and not much has changed. I won't be rebuying them

tastey but disappointing

I was skeptical about this. Someone tells you that your hair, skins AND nails all can grow and become healthy just by having two gummies a day, great news right ? Wrong ! Although I enjoyed the taste, I've gone three months with these delicious gummies and have not seen any results toward the better for me. I bought into the hype, but I got a tastey (almost) vitamin out of it!

Made my nails very very strong but I began to break out after eating if you have sensitive skin do not eat but tastes gooooooodd like strawberry yum yum
