I’ve used this product in the past, the only thing I noticed was my nails grew a bit more then usual. I didn’t notice a difference in my skin or hair. It’s definitely worth a try because everyone’s body is different and you still get some vitamins from them that are good for your body.

Stronger nails!

I started taking these vitamins because I noticed I couldn’t grow my nails out anymore. They were weak and breaking easily. I’ve been taking these daily for a few months now and have noticed a big difference. My nails are stronger and look so much better. The pills are easy to swallow and don’t have any off putting taste.

If you have dry hair, brittle nails and or bad skin this product can definitely help improve all three. My nails always break from being brittle and I've noticed that now my nails actually grow and are thicker so they dont break. My hair has seen improvement in both the length and texture. My skin has also seen improvement with a bit more of a glow.

Not bad

I can honestly say that after using this product for a couple of months my hair does seem stronger and less brittle, the same with my fingernails. I like how it comes in an easy to take tablet form, and contains essential vitamins that are good for your body.

Actually works

Gummies taste great and they actually work. After regular use I've noticed my hair and nails do grow back noticeably faster after breakage, a cut, etc.
