Great all-in-one vitamin

This was the first prenatal vitamin I tried, after doing days of research. I wanted a complete multivitamin so I wouldn't have to swallow a bunch of pills. I was so glad to find this one! It is a soft gel so it goes down easily, and doesn't have a bad taste. I do get a little nauseous if I don't take it with food.

Tastes so bad!

Bought these vitamins, happy that they were a soft gel. The softgels are huge! About an inch long, and omg they taste so bad! They leave a lingering flavour of old fish in my mouth, and they smell bad even in the container. I am throwing them away after only having 2 capsules, the smell and taste makes me want to throw up. Could be because I'm pregnant, but they are awful to me. Do not recomend these at all...

Stomach pains.

Myself & my spouse have been planning to expand our family and i bought these to take for a few months before starting to try to conceive. I cannot believe how much these upset my stomach! I take them daily with food & it leaves my stomach in cramp like pain. I've been taking them for a week & this happens everyday. I do not recommend these at all. If it upsets my stomach this much now, i cant imagine how much it'd irritate a pregnant woman's stomach.

I wouldn't buy this product again

I actually bought these vitamins because they were on sale. And I couldn’t take them in the mornings, I had terrible morning sickness and the fish aftertaste was horrible. I realized I was able to take them around lunch time with a heavier meal. If taken without a heavy meal or an empty stomach it’d make me nauseous or throw up. They actually don’t contain iron which I really needed since I am anemic. I think they’re okay but not my first choice.

These vitamins contain the ideal amount of all necessary vitamins for pregnancy however one thing I COULD NOT get over was the taste and smell. Even just holding this pill in my mouth long enough to drink water and swallow made me quite nauseous, especially in early pregnancy.

I took these throughout my pregnancy and felt great.
The bottle doesn't smell fishy - something that I was worried about because they have omegas in them.
Pill is a soft gel, so it was easy to swallow and I didn't cause me any nausea.
Also I have found that this brand has the highest amount of vitamins and minerals compared to others- and it was also one of the cheaper ones.
Win-win!

I used these vitamins throughout my pregnancy. I love that they contained DHA. Perfect amount of each necessary vitamin and kept my hair nails and skin looking great! My baby is healthy and happy.

I love these so much more then the Materna multivits I was on before. They are easy to swallow, they don't sit heavy in my stomach after taking them, and best of all- no bad after taste. They have so much more in them then the Materna do and they are so much more affordable! Love them!

Went looking for an easy to swallow prenatal as for my first pregnancy all I could find was the "horse pill" types. After purchasing a ton online for astronomical prices found this at my local big box store. They are gel caps that are easy to swallow. Not horse pill size. They are easy on my stomach. They have MORE vitamins than the horse pill type! Price is way better than the ones online but a little more expensive than the horse pills. Happy to say that I have found prenatals that I actually like!
