I used these for my hair when I got sick and noticed to see some changes- it was turning very weak and brittle and was thinning out, not to mention it was very damaged. a friend recommended these capsules to me and now that i'm three quarters plus into the bottle, I feel like I can review it.
I take one capsule daily and have noticed a significant difference in my hair while taking these and using hair products to thicken and strengthen hair.
the downfall to these? at the beginning, they caused my stomach to get upset quite often, i suppose my body just got used to them after. i found i was frequenting the bathroom to pee a lot more while taking these as well.
