Excellent joint relief!

Ultra Strength Turmeric from Nature’s Bounty is an amazing natural medication used to reduce inflammation and give relief from joint pain. It is an extra strength anti-inflammatory made from 360mg’s of turmeric which is the root equivalent of 9000 mg’s per capsule. It is taken once a day.

I usually take my turmeric, out of the capsule, with black pepper and olive oil because this helps with absorption and the release of the medication’s properties. This was not necessary with this particular product because the ultra strength of the turmeric was effective enough on its own. It’s nice to just take the capsule. At first, I was taking it in the morning and I did experience some stomach upset so I started taking it in the evening before bed. Changing the time of day I took it and taking it with a small snack seemed to relieve the symptoms.

I have used a natural turmeric supplement for many years to relieve joint pain but found that I needed to add other natural medications to get enough relief. I decided to cut those other supplements while I was trying this product and I found that I could completely stop taking them. It’s my belief that the increased strength of Nature´s Bounty Turmeric is what made the difference. I have even increased my activity level.

Overall, Nature’s Bounty Ultra Strength 9000mg Turmeric has really improved my joint pain and has relieved a lot of the noticeable inflammation in my body. I feel better and can be more active now that I am using it. I definitely plan on being a long-term customer of this product and would absolutely recommend this Turmeric to all my friends and family!
