Whenever this brand of vitamin goes on sale, I make sure that I stock up as my husband and daughter take these B-12 vitamins daily. I have not really noticed a change in their energy level, however I do notice that it certainly does boost my husband's metabolism.

Occasionally, I do sneak a B-12 vitamin from my husband's bottle, and I must comment that these are the best tasting vitamins that I have ever tried. The cherry taste is like eating a piece of candy. Also, I am impressed at how quickly they dissolve, one minute or less.
