    I buy Nature's Bounty Complex - B with Folic Acid and Vitamin C. I buy these vitamins to help me think clearly and also to maintain a healthy metabolish. The added bonus of Folic Acid, Vitamin C and Biotin are also important vitamins to maintain hairs, skin and nails.
