I find this product very effective and I feel strengthened after use of about 4-5 days. My only problem with it is the smell. It smells rancid and rotten.

Vitamins are expensive these days. But this product is great. Good value. Taste awesome. And has other vitamans that can go along with the Multivitamin. I always buy these. They are my go to vitamins.

I was terrible about remembering to take my vitamins before these, as it's pretty easy to remember to eat two gummies a day. These have a bit of a chalkiness, but most gummy vitamins do, and otherwise taste like candy. I like that these have a good blend of vitamins and are a great price for the size of the container compared to other brands.
