Love it! I hate sugar coated or sugar loaded cereals. This is the only cereal I buy. Not available in Shoppers. You can find them in health food stores or The Big Carrot or Whole Food Market; and Loblaws Supercentre at Scarborough Town Centre. Regular price is about $10-$11 but look for it when they go on sale for $8 or less for the 2 lb bag.

Finaly REAL cereal and none of the sugar cardboard from kellogg or post cereals--This is real organic flakes sweetened naturally with honey---they stay crunchy because no fillers --just true grains and organic naturally--Finally i can enjoy cereal and not worry about the cereal killing me because of all the un-natural products that corporation use to murder its customers--
