Great natural option for indigestion
I worked at a health food store when I was younger and discovered peppermint oil and found out how great it is for stomach issues. If I have indigestion, I pop a few capsules and usually in 20-30 minutes I start to feel better.
I have also found that these capsules are handy if you have a strong flavour that you cannot get out of your mouth. If I eat something really garlicky and brushing/flossing/mouthwash and gum cannot help, I use a peppermint oil capsule. Just pop it in your mouth, bite into it and your mouth is filled with a strong, minty flavour.
