This spray was a life saver for my baby boy! He was having a really hard time breathing since he got sick with the flu. He just couldn't breathe and when I got this and started using it for the first time it worked like magic and it still does. This product gave me a piece of mind and I would recommend for moms who's kids are having trouble breathing.
