Not effective even for mild cold

I used this as a remedy for a pretty easygoing cold - the only symptoms I had was the congestion and a small headache from the nasal/sinus pressure. Acetaminophen has never really worked for me, so the pain reliever aspect was useless - I honestly didn't expect that part to work, so no surprises there. The lack of effectiveness of the antihistamine and decongestant, however, was a major disappointment. Did not work at all to unblock my nose. I had to rely on other methods. Lesson learned. Won't be buying it again.

Good product and convenient, but two aspirins and a hot drink would do the same.
