Only been using a week or so but not noticing anything so far. Will continue to use as I like the scent and feel of it. Also with sensitive skin it doesn't make me break out!

I've been using NeoStrata exclusively for about three years, and really like this newer addition to their eye treatment offerings. I prefer creams to lotions, but eye creams tend to feel heavy; not this one. Does it do what it claims to? Who knows, really? I can say that, at 46, I don't have any lines/wrinkles around my eyes. None.
