I tried this stuff a few years ago and unless they've changed the product at all, I'd have to say that this was a waste of money. I honestly noticed no difference whatsoever in my blemishes upon using this. I did use it for an extended period of time and kept coming back to this product in hopes that it might give me a different result, seeing as the amount I spent on it. Didn't work for me and won't be giving it another try.

This product works so well that my teenagers have "borrowed" it on a permanent basis. They find it works so well for unexpected breakouts. They apply the gel twice a day and the blemish clears up within a day or two. It is a bit pricy, but I usually wait until it goes on sale to make my purchase. I would pay regular price for this product as it is worth it!

Neostrata is a product that is definitely a bit more than your average drug store purchase. That being said, Neostrata is a product line that I absolutely feel is worth the price; given the quality of the products and their effectiveness.
What I especially like about the product is the controlled application that you have when using this product. The product comes in a gel form that is not to watery or sticky, (bonus points for being able to wear this under foundation!) You can easily pump out the amount you need, which enables you to waste less, and to not have areas not affected with a blemish covered with the product. I have found this product to be quite efficient for clearing up my blemishes!

Fab product ! Pharmacy and Dr driven and clinically tested. It works because its potent. All age groups can use this and expect excellent results. A must have in your medicine cabinet!

Absolutely the best product out there! I have tried so many different products for years that I cannot even to count! This is the only thing that worked!! I love it...expensive but it is worth every penny!!

For a $24 spot gel, it works well. It helps reduce the size of the pimple and helps it go away faster. I'm sure there are other spot gels out there, but this one has a 2% salicylic acid, whereas others that I've seen don't have as much. It also lasts a really long time! =)

I love this product. Actually I love the entire line of Neostrata products. I use the spot gel in conjunction with the facial cleanser and my skin has shown much improvement.

I've tried most over the counter blemish treatments (Clean and Clear, Clearasil, Aveeno, Oxy) and this has worked the best for me.
