Great fir aging acne prone skin
This product has been in my daily routine, morning and night, for at,least a year. It helps prevent the monthly cystic pimple I get when I don’t use regularly.
great product I bought it and the moisturizer and they are AMAZING!! They work and you'll notice the diff in your skin in just mere couple days! It makes it more even, helps with break outs ect....a must have I wont go without now!
Glycolic acid? Yes please. Love the fact it's such a high concentration. Available in 8% and 10% Glycolic Acid
For all skin types works amazing for skin with dilated pores, pores shrink and black heads melt away.
A must have!!
I bought this product on a whim because it was on sale for about $14 and came in a bundle (+ lotion and gel cleanser).
I gotta say, this has dramatically help my skin. Even after the first use I saw an improvement!
The bad thing is, it dries out my skin like no tomorrow! But to be honest, that hasn't stopped me from using it. I only this bundle at night and use a gentle cleanser in the morning. Just be sure to moisture well after using this product.
This is the best toner ever for anyone dealing with winter acne on either the face or body. The high glycolic acid content will slough off dead cells during those dry winter months, keeping skin fresh and clear without over-drying.
It's a bit heavy-duty for the face so I use it only when experiencing breakouts, or a few times a week on the nose and chin to keep blackheads at bay. I use it all winter long on my back to prevent those awful "backne" boils that can flare up when skin is starved for a little sun.
I try different products but I keep going back to the Neostrata line. I'm 57 and I've been using the moisturizers for over 20 years. I often get compliments on my skin. Great stuff!
This is a very good product for those suffering from acne or too often beakout. I used this for years before my skin got tired and I had to switch products. It balances out your skin especially after using the cleanser which is just as good. I would recommend it. I normally stock up when it is on sale at Pharma Plus.
Oh the horrible memories. I wanted to like this so much. My friend recommended it for me and I first bought the 8 % (salyilic acid)
Boy bad idea. I put it on before bed, and my husband asked me why I was crying! My eyes balloned up and my face stung so bad I will not forget.
So what did I do the next day? I bought the (I think was 4 %) same thing but not as strong ( I was very determined to love this product) Nope, same tears same puffy welded face.
It's funny I saw this here today, cause last night I went through a drawer that I keep a lot of crap in and got rid of the bottle.
This is really good stuff. I have been using this product for years. You don't need to use it that often to get great results. I find that using it in the evenings after you wash your face every night is a good start, but as your skin starts to improve, use it only a couple of times per week. If you use it twice a day you will probably notice your face is quite shiny - esp if you have oily skin like I do.
It helps clear up my skin if I'm having breakouts and also helps keep it looking more even in tone. When you first start using it you will notice a bit of stinging but as your skin gets used to it, it should be fine.
This really is a great beauty secret that is worth every penny. It lasts me several months because I use it sparingly. I highly recommend this for people with oily skin or battling breakouts.
This is a toner that helps to reduce the appearance of acne scarring... you know, those dark or reddish spots on your face that just seems to take forever to clear away even if you aren't breaking out anymore. I've been using it for about 3 weeks now, and there has been a significant improvement to my complexion even after 2 weeks! Believe me I've used many products and this one is by far the most impressive at getting rid of the scars. The active ingredient is 8% glycolic acid, which might be a bit harsh for people with sensitive skin. If there's any open wounds on your face, even from flaky, dry skin, you will feel the stinging. But, for the results, I'll gladly tolerate the pain! There's also an adjustment period for the skin, so I experienced dryness for the first few weeks of use, but the problem is slowly going away. I think it's around $15 - $20 CAN. Yes, pricey, but worth every cent for how well it's worked. A good way to stretch the use of one bottle is to apply with clean hands instead of a cotton pad... that way, less will be wasted on the cotton itself. Since this product is so strong, you only need a little each time.
