I love this product

Nest learning Thermostat is a great buy for any homeowner. I am able to changing the temperature of my home from my smartphone anytime and anywhere. when I leave my house I turn off the air conditioner and when I am about 20min away from home I turn it on, instead of leaving the a/c running the whole time i'm out, I also get a nest monthly review of my usage that helps me manage my usage. I have saved a bit of money on this thermostat . great buy

I love the Nest. It learns when you are home. So it makes changes to the temperature. You can use your smart phone to change or turn on heat/AC. It tells you the usage that it has been on. It is pricey, but I think this is worth it. In our last home we bought the 2nd generation one. And when we moved we got the 3rd generation one as a gift.
