I received this free. My baby enjoyed it the same as his other cereals.he ate it. He is 6 months old. Organic isn't so important to me when the price is higher. If there were coupons/sales I'd purchase it but otherwise I would not be able to afford continued use. Compared to other baby cereals it held up well. I do prefer the add water types but that's not super important.
Baby got to try the Gerber organic Baby cereal today and liked it quite a bit! I relly liked the smooth consistency and I felt better about giving her something organic. It is also easy to spice this up with a hint of vanilla or a little cinnamon if your wee one lives on the wild side. Go try it!
I received this product for free from Nestle Gerber through Chick Advisor for review. It retails for 4.99 which I think is a good price. The texture resembles the others I have tried to give my baby which was good. Usually I get the cereals that just add water because I will nurse my baby either before or after his cereal. This one needed breast milk or formula. At first taste my baby was not too keen on it. As I kept giving it to him he would eat more and more of it. Overall I think this is a great cereal the price is good and my baby liked it. I would say it was a success in our house.
First off, I received the opportunity to sample this product through the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. If I didn't receive the product to try, I still would have purchased it when I saw it on store shelves. I love how it is organic and doesn't have added sugar and I can understand the ingredient list. My baby enjoyed the oatmeal, however the serving size suggested was too large, but easy to adjust to individual needs. I absolutely love the packaging - so helpful and helps to keep the cereal fresh. I recommend this product to others and would be purchasing it again myself.
I was recently given the oppourtunity to try out this baby cereal by chickadvisor. it retails for $4.99 which is only .50 cents more than the current baby cereal i was using and considering this one is organic i think the price is very fair, i received the cereal in the mail on monday so started using it right away. the first 2 days he didnt like it very much, he was used to eating rice cereal. after day 3 he was finally opening his mouth up when i would bring the spoon to his mouth. we just finished day 4 with eating this cereal and for only .50 cents more i will continue to purchase it knowing that its organic and good for my baby. thanks chickadvisor!! one happy mom. :)
So I got this product from Chick Advisor and was very exited to try it. My year old ate cereal before but hasn't paid too much attention to it. But when I decided to give her a try of this oatmeal she spit it out. Unfortunately she didn't like it. But I know that this is a quality brand and it is very trustworthy !! Instead of throwing out the rest I gave it a taste and what do you know, I loved it! I mix it with almond milk and top with berries it's a great breakfast for me, so I will defiantly buy it again, not for the baby but for me,. Though I still recommend this to other moms , all babies are different and yours might just love it. Thanks for giving me a chance to try it, this will be a life saver on those rush mornings!
My baby really liked this. I usually get baby gourmet oatmeal cereal but I think this mixes a lot easier and I like the packaging a lot better. The container it comes in is awesome. I would definitely purchase this again for my little guy as he seems to love it, and I love the suggested price. (I did receive this product free of charge). Organic baby food is important for me when I look at choosing baby food. This checks off a lot of my requirements, so for those reasons I would definitely recommend to other parents.
My baby and I love them. The texture is nice and is not modified by temperature unlike other brands. The price is a little expensive and the format not big enough, but I still remain a fan of the product.
