We have been using Nestle Good Start since out little bean was born. It was the brand suggested to us by a nurse/lactation consultant, so he has been on this formula for almost a year. We've tried other brands, but they don't sit as well with our little one's stomach. The formula mixes easily with warm water, but sometimes needs an extra shake or two to mix completely. Sometimes, small chunks of formula do clog the bottle's nipple, but it is no big deal. No matter what style of container, it is always tricky to get the last drops of powder out of the box. We rely on Nestle Good Start for our little one and would highly recommend it, despite its very steep price tag.

My daughter was on this formula from when she was 10 months old. It was an easy transition for her from BM to formula. We initially introduced her to formula by mixing with BM but she has taken to it rather quickly, so it was an easy transition. I'd recommend this formula to any parents looking to introduce their babes to formula.

Every baby is different, but for us, Nestle Good start is a much better fit than Enfamil. Babies are gassy and formula will give them gas. i have tried all 3 major brands of formula and this one worked best for my son.

We used this formula for our son. It is wonderful for all the nutrients that the infant receives. Absolutely love it!

I had my first baby 5 years ago. While trying to breastfeed I was becoming very stressed about not producing as much as my baby needed. I ha no issues with latching, but it was my supply that was just not enough for babies needs. I researched formulas and talked to my doctor about what formula I should use. After talking to him he suggested I got with a brand that had omega in it. After looking at mothers reviews online and seeing the comparative I tried nestle good start. My daughter had no issues handling it. She took the supliment very well. It really gave me peace of mind that she was now getting all the nutrition that she needed that I could not offer her. They have very convenient ready to feed bottles that are excellent for on the go. But the most cost effective is the powder that you mix with water. I personally like this the best as it was easy to mix and you can prepare the bottles 24 hours in advance and keep them in the fridge. You can also mix right when baby is hungry. Once I was done breastfeeding I stuck with good start as I felt it was the best option out there for formula. They price is pretty good. It goes on sale probably every 2 weeks somewhere. Also you can get a trial pack from the manufacturer which gives you money saving coupons which is fantastic considering. Being on maternity leave you have a smaller income. I would suggest this brand to any new mother. I also like the fact that they have come out with a recyclable option can as the old can was not recyclable. I am currently using this as supplement for baby #3 and can't imagine using any other formula...ever :)

My little one is 6 months. I first introduced her to Nestle Good Start when she was about 5 months old. My doctor recommended the brand after we learned that my baby was not growing a lot. We chose this brand of formula because of the Probiotics and Omega 3's. It's gentle on little tummies too. One month later, and she is back on track with her weight. Because Nestle Good Start is so gentle on her tummy, I am able to breastfeed and formula feed back and forth with no issues.

I supplemented with formula for my second baby but was exclusively bottle feeding my first - I had Eclampsia and was in a coma for a few days after my first daughters birth, so my husband had to take over. Both babies had Nestle's Good Start formulas and they thrived. Giving a bottle to my second baby before bedtime was the secret to her sleeping at night - her tummy was more full with formula than breastmilk and she would have a better sleep - Which meant I got more sleep too! Thanks Nestle :)

I mainly breastfeed my 4 month old daughter but my milk does not keep her full and after being sleep deprived for over 3 months I decided to use formula at night to keep her sleeping longer.

I remember using Nestle Good Start with my son 7 years ago, it was the only formula he liked and it didn't make him throw up like the other brands I tried.

So I decided to use it on my daughter. She drinks it with ease and again no issues with throwing up as I experienced with my son with other brands in the past. She also sleeps for 6 hours now before I need to feed her again. I also notice this new product Nestle has keeps her bowel movements regular, which is always a concern when adding new food items to a baby's diet.

I would have liked to have more in the can especially at the $31 dollar price tag (at Walmart) but I do feel good about giving my daughter a product that aids in her development, so that makes it worth it and I guess especially in my case where it's only being used at nights. I think if I was only formula feeding her, I would also use the regular Good start # 1 in the 900ml can along with this brand since it can become quite expensive.

Overall, I like this product and if it was slightly cheaper, it would be perfect!

I was unable to produce enough milk right off the bat, and I had a 9 lb baby who was hungry!!! She was very jaundice and finally the nurse suggested we try a little formula. We tried nestle good start and it satfisied her so that she was able to sleep long enough in the incubator and finally 5 days later we were able to go home. While my milk did come in I used Nestle good start as well. I am very large chested and breast feeding wasnt easy in public for me so I used the formula when we were out and about. It agreed with her system and I would reccomend to anyone:)
