95% OF CHICKS DIG IT
I am reviewing the Good start 1 with all options (the one with the omega 3 and 6). My daughter and son both had a very hard time digesting this baby formula. my daughter was the worst and she was a colicky baby. We switched her to lactose free formula and pre-digested formulas and it got better. My son, who ahd no digestive issues and can pretty much drink anything, had terrible gas with this formula. Before and after we used this product, he was fine. But this one really hurt his tummy. I recommend going for the simplest (and most inexpensive) Good start formula, the purple one.
I couldn't breastfeed so choosing the right formula was extremely important! We went through so many and this one was the best choice for not only my wallet but my baby's tummy! The largers can (powder, 900g) tends to be less expensive (not sure why). Easy to mix, easy to digest. Would recommend to any mama!
This is a great product for a mom who has their hands full with a newborn baby. Pop it into a bottle and you're golden. However it does get really expensive as baby get older and hungrier.
i have tried my daughter on a few different formulas, but the Good Start suits her best. The 'easy to digest' claim without having to switch to a 'gentle' formula is what attracted me to try it. She doesnt get tummy aches as often as she used to. happy baby, happy momma!
I highly recommend Nestle Good start Formula, both my children were on this formula until they were 18months. Only because I looked into Kirkland, and was my next good choice. When my son was born the hospital put him on Similac Advance, he didn't agree with it. Nestle has been my formula of choice for my babies as infants. They both loved it! I would always purchase Nestle formula from Walmart.
My baby loved this formula when I had to give it to her. Very convenient. However it is so expensive.
This was the only formula my son liked. I liked that it has a bunch of extra vitamins that are important for proper growth and health. It's one of the more expensive formulas but its definitely worth it!
I have a 9 month old son and started using good start at about a month old. I received a sample along with a baby bag from there web site. We had great success my little guy didn't spit up didn't have any gass problems and they sent some coupons as well which is always great. Now we are on to step 2 I buy both the powder and the liquid had an easy transition I don't think he noticed. Since it's a new time and he starts solids at the same time I was worried he may get some constipation or worse diarrhea. Good thing for us he didn't thanks good start looking forward to step 3!
I have tried several formula however, my baby only takes Good Start. The glass bottle design is great and durable. My baby doesn't have any reaction to the formula. This is a very trust worthy brand and recommended by the hospital and my friends. Whenever I don't have time to breastfeed my baby, I will let her take this formula.
