These are some of the worst quality prenatal vitamins. The forms they are using in the vitamins are much older ones which are very poorly absorbed. They use these forms bc they are cheap not good quality. Also, if you read the non-medicinal ingredients they add in a bunch of unnecessary and very unhealthy fillers. No wonder i hear so many people say these prenatals upset their stomach.

Took these vitamins for all my pregnancies and while breastfeeding. Never had much difficulty with them. In early pregnancy when nausea is a problem I would avoid taking them at night because they could be upsetting to the stomach but I'm sure that's not a problem with the product and just a problem with having something in the stomach at bedtime. I like the peace of mind knowing that I am getting my extra vitamins/minerals from a reputable brand.

I took these during both of my pregnancies and I would definitely recommend them. The pills are a bit large but still easy to swallow, and they were at a competitive price.

I used these with my first pregnancy and found they worked well for their intended purpose. They were a comparable price to other brands. I couldn't take them with my second pregnancy because they were so large I couldn't take them without getting sick.

I was recommended this prenatal vitamin from my family physician. I took it for both pregnancies and had no issues with it. Both pregnancies went very smooth and never had an upset stomach from taking the vitamins. I usually took a tablet right before bed.

I have been using this product for past 4 years.But recently I found a rotten,discolored and half old tablet in the new bottle.I just can not trust this brand anymore.I know it can happen but I called the company and let them know what happened and they treated me very badly,like its my fault or something.Its pricey too.

These are good prenatal vitamins. I found them hard on my stomach so I had to take them with food. It could be the Iron in the vitamins. They do have all the essential vitamins you need during pregnancy so a good buy and important to take every day.

I have been taking this for almost 4 months now! As long as you take it with food, you will not have any side effects! MY OBGYN said that it is the best on the market for trying to conceive and after while breast feeding!
