If you're looking to add Vitamin C and Zinc to your daily diet, this is a great way to do it. This drink contains 60% of your daily Vitamin C and 10% of your daily Zinc.

With regards to the flavour, I found it kind of washed out. There's not much Citrus flavour in this one. Although it does have a taste to it, it is very mild.

The quality and price is good and I would recommend it if you're looking to try something new and different.
