Applies nicely and smoothly.. Little too moist in the summer. May try again in winter when it is drier in Alberta. Feels nice on the fingers and don't need a lot of product.

I have really dark circles and this 3 in 1 neutrogena product was really effective hiding and treating it. I have tried multiple brands for dark circles, but this product by far has my vote.
