If your skin can handle Retinol I say go-for-it!! Love this Serum. It has made my skin smoother and smells a bit like candy oranges. You need very little of it. Just two pumps to do the whole face and kneck. I have also been reading that Retinol helps control acne. Even though I'm in my 40's I still get acne. So this is extremely helpful. Yes, I've seen a difference with this product. I have fewer breakouts and it is keeping my acne down. It definately does make your skin more sensitive to sun, I have seen a darker skin tone this summer so be careful. If you need sun protection try the version with SPF. I am starting to beleive in Neutrogena products and will continue to buy them.
