I did not like it.

Bought the product as i’m experiencing break outs at my back. It made my skin really dry so maybe you will need to moisturize your skin after, which i didnt really do so it made me break out even more. What used to be a few pimples in a certain area of my back, now spread out to a larger area. After shower, i did not like the texture of my skin as well, it felt very dry and weird, for something that they said is a mild solution. It is also more expensive than your regular body wash so I felt robbed. The smell is more of like a chemical smell and I didnt like it.

Would probably not buy again

It is quite affordable especially when it goes on sale. However, it is not effective in getting rid of bacne. I think the older formula over a decade ago was pretty good but the newer one isn't.

The only body wash I use.

I love Body Clear, and it is the only body wash that keeps my acne prone skin clear. Unfortunately I can't rate this product 5/5 because I do have issues with Neutrogena. The smell of the original reminds me of dog shampoo.... and I used to buy the grapefruit version - which i found worked even better! - but they still use micro-beads. Also, Neutrogena still does some testing on animals. :(

Been using this product for many years as I suffer with back acne. Unfortunately it has never cleared it up for me. My issues are likely hormonal and hereditary so I'm pretty sure no body wash will ever solve this but I keep using it to cleanse the area anyhow.

Dries out my skin, but works well for acne

I have had bacne and chest acne for the past few years and tried a lot to get rid of them. I will not say that this body wash completely gets rid of them, but it definitely does control the acne and dries it out before it gets worse. The downfall is, if you generally have dry skin, this will for sure make your skin drier, which can irritate some. I suggest having a cream with salicylic acid that you can use in case of dry skin.

Love this product! I use this because I have quite a bit of dry skin on my good days and need something that helps with a bit of exfoliation. The scent reminds me of a combination of pears soap and roses, if that makes sense. It's subtle and leaves a very faint smell that disappears once the skin is dry. I like the amount of salicylic acid in this product which helps with acne, and exfoliation of dry skin. The price can be on the steeper side, genenerally close to the 9 dollar range but a little of this product goes a long way.

It did nothing for me. I used the whole bottle just to be sure and give t time to work but it didn't make a difference at all. I was very disappointed

This stuff is pricey but really helps to keep the skin on my body clear of blemishes!
