nice gel cream moisturizer that helps my complexion

The gel cream consistency makes this moisturizer really easy to apply. I like that it is both hydrating and brightening. Though I haven't noticed a drastic results in old dark spots, my complexion seems brighter overall. I like that this has a combination of ingredients alongside AHA (which I am familiar with and a fan of) to help brighten and resurface the skin. *I received this free for testing purposes.

A pleasant surprise

I’ve used many different face creams but this is just what I’ve been needing there is such an impact when a cream has reflection in it especially for the days that are make up free not sure I could use without the spf lotion but they make a great pair

Great for oily skin

I was excited to get this product from ChickAdvisor for free to try out. I have oily skin and have a hard time finding face moisturiser that don't break me out or make me supre oily by mid day. I was very surprised to find out that this moisturiser works great with my skin. It's actually potentially the best moisturiser I used in the past few years and the best part it's from the drugstore. This is a light weight gel and quickly absorbs into my skin. Once it's absorbed, my skin feels matte. There is a nice light scent which is used in all the products in this line. The gel has micro shimmers in it, which I was worried would be visible on the skin, making it "bright". Thankfully the shimmers are noticeable at all. Does it brighten anything, I'm not sure, I just know my skin looked great and even toned after using it for 1-2 weeks straight. I just know it doesn't clog my skin, I'm not super oily by mid day, the scent is not strong or offensive and you get lots of product at a drugstore price.

I love it and hate it! The entire collection smells amazing and it does exactly what it says it does, it cleans and hydrates really well.

My problem is, just like almost every other facial cleanser or moisturizer I have ever tried, it causes breakouts and leaves my skin feeling oily after a couple hours.

I let my daughter try everything and it works really well with her skin type, her skin feels really clean and soft and she had zero issues with her skin peeling or burning or feeling oily afterwards.

I will be giving my daughter the collection but I will be sneaking some of the moisturizer for myself every now and then lol

Love this cream!

I was given this product for free for testing purposes. I actually really like it! It dries quick and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth and it has a delicious soft scent! I noticed it even made my skin look brighter after continued use! Wow!!!! I would absolutely purchase this in the future!

Super hydrating!

I received this product free to test. The packaging is very cute, but the product blew me away. It’s very hydrating but also illuminated beautifully. I love seeing new lines from such a great brand. It smells lovely and is totally adorable!

Works well to lighten some discolorations

I received this product for free to review from ChickAdvisor in return for my honest opinion.

The Bright Boost Gel Cream has a soft, jelly like texture and feels very light and cooling when I apply it onto the skin. The fragrance although noticeable, did not bother me, and it doesn't linger too long once the product is applied.

The cream absorbs quickly into the skin and leaves a slight tacky feel behind. It gives my skin a nice glow due to the small illuminating particles in the product. My face feels moisturized and soft.

Using the product daily, I have noticed that my face seems brighter, and it appears that some of my sunspots have faded slightly. I am going to continue using this to see if there is even more improvement with the fading.

I would definitely recommend this product to my friend and family.

Good cream!

This moisturizing gel appeared in the box I got for free from Chick Advisor as part of a Product Review Club campaign for Neutrogena Bright Boost products. The cream goes on well and absorbs pretty fast, but like the other products in the Neutrogena Bright Boost line, if you’re sensitive to smells, this one is really fragrant. I used this in combination with the Neutrogena Bright Boost exfoliant and serum for a couple of weeks and did see that my usually dull skin was a lot brighter. It’s a pretty decent product for the price and does what it says it will do!

Better than the serum

I liked this cream it was lightweight and helped brighten my skin I used it twice daily and my face felt smooth and great during the day. It also smelled good

Mixed feelings

I received this product to try for free from ChickAdvisor and Neutrogena. I was very happy for the opportunity to try it out and provide a review.

Out of the Bright Boost line, this was the only product that didn't really work well with my skin as well as the others.

It smells amazing, and the texture is creamy but when I put it on my face the gel consistency really came through and would mainly sit on top of my skin and would not absorb well.

I did love that it has a reusable seal with a little tab to make removal and replacement very easy, it has the brightening effect as well but the formula just didn't absorb well for me. I tried using less or massaging it in with a roller but no luck.

Because of my personal experience I can't justify the high price. But, the rest of the line worked wonderfully so I would still recommend it be tried if you're looking for a gel moisturizer and hopefully it works really well for you!
