Bon sérum

J'ai recu ce produit dans le cadre du Review Club et j'en suis enchantée, car j'ai aimé ce sérum.

Il a une odeur très légère, mais vraiment agréable. Il a une texture parfaite pour qu'on puisse l'étendre facilement sur la peau et faciliter son absorption. Il est facile de voir les résultats quand on l'utilise combiné avec les autres produits, il aide vraiment la peau à être plus lumineuse et en santé. Il ne fait rien de désagréable si on l'applique sur un bouton, pas de brûlures ou autre.

Le détail que je n'ai vraiment pas aimé est la petite sorte de pompe pour prendre le produit: je ne sais pas si c'est ma bouteille qui avait ce problème seulement, mais quasiment rien ne montait dedans et finalement, je devais tremper plusieurs fois dans le sérum pour en avoir une quantité satisfaisante. Elle ne semblait pas fonctionner.

Sinon, bon produit. À recommander

Light Weight

I was lucky enough to try this for free thanks to Neutrogena and ChickAdvisor. I received it as part of a four-step Neutrogena Bright Boost line.

This does have a light fragrance but it is not over-bearing at all. I really liked the dropper aspect as it makes it easy to use just what you need. A little goes a long way. Some serums I have used are very sticky or watery, this one has a great texture. I find it very light weight and it absorbs quickly if you don't use too much. It left my skin feeling and looking brighter and softer.

Great brightening serum

I was very excited to receive this serum from @chickadvisor and @neutrogenacanada #gotitfree. The scent was beautiful and refreshing, the texture was nice and light it absorbed great. I could tell that my skin glowed the next day after using it and it looked brighter. The only thing I wasn't fond of was the dispenser, I have used many serums before and the dispenser in this product didn't work great I could barely get 1 drop out of it , I had to keep dipping it back in the bottle to get the product out to use. It looked a little poorly made I think they just need to change the dispenser, the bottle was fine though. Overall a great product.

Sparkling shine

I like the feel of this serum but be aware that it has shimmer in it! This does make your soon look brighter. The serum had a smooth feel to it and works well with the moisturiser. I wouldn't necessary use the serum all the time but would for special events and some overnight use.

Another Fave from the Bright Boost Line!

I really love serums in general, and this one is no exception! Out of all of the products in the Bright Boost line, the Illuminating Serum is a favourite of mine.

This Serum has a milky consistency, applies very nicely to the skin and absorbs easily. It left my skin feeling hydrated and very smooth. The ingredients help promote skin plumping, exfoliation, and resurfacing.

If you’re looking for a nice Illuminating Serum, this is a good place to start! It definitely left my skin appearing brighter, smoother and fresher.

Exfoliating and fresh

The Neutrogena Bright Boost Illuminating Serum did just that! It helped to exfoliate my skin, reduce some of the dark spots on my face and brighten it overall. The scent is lovely and after using it, my face feels so fresh.

Love the dispenser but..

First about the container: like most serums, comes in a container and easy to use dropper. I like this as it is easy to control the amount that I want to use (basically about 4 drops for my entire face). This serums is rather a light one but the one thing I don't like about it is the same reason as the gel cream: the shimmer. I don't find it necessary to have that sort of shimmer in a serum product. I'm not sure if it has any added benefits to the skin or simply just for appearance. I would prefer if the serums I use contained simple essential ingredients.

Can live with it, can live without it.

This did help to smooth out the texture of my skin and give it an appearance of radiance. Unfortunately I had to mix it with my other serum as it wasn’t very moisturizing. This might work better as a primer under make-up with added benefits rather than a “nourishing” serum. If your skin has a problem with dimethicone/ silicones I’d suggest staying away from this product as there are many silicones in this “serum”. I #gotitfree and I appreciate the opportunity to try it out :) but I’m unsure whether or not I will repurchase in the future.

Glowing

Within a week of using Neutrogena Bright Boost Illuminating Serum together with other neutrogena Bright boost product, my skin glows and lightens. This has a pearl like glittery appearance and very lightly soft texture. Light scent which I like. I used 4 drops of it and spread evenly on my face. Absorbs quickly. Thank you Chickadvisor and Neutrogena.

Neutrogena bright boost illuminating serum

This is a great product for your anti aging skin. The serum works well around the eyes and mouth lines. It is non-irritating and lightly scented. Easy application and lasts quite awhile.
