Light Weight Skin Protection

The Neutrogena Bright Boost Moisturizer SPF 30 is a light weight cream that absorbs quickly. It has a light scent and feels great on my skin. My only complaint is I won't really be able to test out it's true effectiveness until summer. Thanks Chick Advisor! #gotitfree

Can't go wrong with SPF!

Neutrogena does SPF right! I like the fragrance and the feel on my face. It doesn't leave a white layer on my face which means it would look good under makeup (I haven't tried that yet). Its light and absorbs into the skin quickly.

Un hydratant qui protège du soleil!

J'ai eu la chance d'essayer 4 produits du la gamme Bright Boost de Neutrogena. Je dois dire que j'ai été un peu déçue de cet hydratant, comparativement aux autres produits de la même gamme. En fait, je trouve que le produit contient peu de crème, soit que 30ml, comparativement a 50ml pour le gel-crème. Puisque c'est un hydratant qui contient du FPS, il est évident qu'en un rien de temps, le produit sera tout épuisé.

De plus, le produit semble inutile si on veut l'utiliser avec les trois produits de la gamme, mais utiliser seul ça va.

Toutefois, l'hydratant fonctionne bien, la peau semble plus lisse et bien nourris. Et l'agent FPS 30 est fort apprécié, surtout pour protéger la peau. J'ai aussi trouvé qu'utiliser seul, comme base de maquillage, il permet de garder un bel éclat a la peau tout au long de la journée.

Step 4 to Brighter Skin

I had the opportunity to try Neutrogena Bright Boost Moisturizer SPF 30 courtesy of ChickAdvisor. This product is step 4 of 4 to achieving brighter skin. While I did enjoy this light-weight moisturizer and love that it contains SPF (I am very fair!), I wasn't sure what the difference was from the Gel Cream (step 3). After using Neutrogena Bright Boost Gel Cream, I didn't feel that I needed to use a moisturizer as this product did just that for me. While I think that Neutrogena Bright Boost Moisturizer SPF 30 is a great product, I would not purchase it AND the Bright Boost Gel Cream. It would be one or the other for me.

Didn't Stand Out

I was given this from ChickAdvisor for testing and reviewing purposes. This is my least favorite from the Bright Boost line.

My main problem lies in that it just seems to be a basic moisturizer. I'm very happy with the addition of the SPF protection, but I just don't get anything additional from it that makes it stand out skin-wise.

I love the tube with the skinny tip applicator and that it doesn't smell like sunscreen. I just don't really notice a lot of moisturization or brightening. It's light in formula and hydration on my dry skin, but might work better for me as warmer weather arrives.

My other problem lies within the price. I just think it is overpriced for the amount you get. In all, it's a good product, but not great. I expected more from the description given.

A moisturizer sunscreen that delivers on the bright boost!

This Neutrogena Bright Boost Moisturizer SPF30 was sent to me by Chickadvisor for free for my honest review. I love how this moisturizer has spf 30 in it (it's probably not enough for a sunny day out however it's great for someone like me who works indoors). This moisturizer does not leave a white cast like others that I have tried on before with SPF incorporated in them, and leaves the face moisturized and gives it that "bright boost". The only downside to this product is that it takes a little longer for it to fully absorb into the skin and leaves the face looking a little greasy if you don't plan to apply makeup over (great for a dewy fresh face look though!). Another downside is the amount that you get - 30mL vs. the 50mL that I traditionally see in a drugstore.

Great consistency in an SPF

I was a bit sceptical at first because I sometimes struggle with moisturizer SPFs but this was light and runny in all the right ways.

I found my (typically dry) skin felt really good with this product, no irritation or dry spots, and I felt good to be wearing an SPF as part of my daily routine.

It had a bit of a light scent and really did make my skin look brighter and more of a natural glow. Really impressed with my product.

Good Moisturizer!

I received this product free from Chick Advisor. I love the packaging, it’s a thin little squeeze tube at the top so not too much product comes out at once, it’s easy to control how much you want to dispense. It has a light fresh scent and has a slight shimmer to it. It’s not too thick, it’s actually a little bit watery but it still does the job! You don’t have to use a lot especially if you’re using other products in the bright boost line because they are all very hydrating! I also love that it has SPF so you don’t need to add sunscreen into your routine. Makes things that much easier! Also if you’re in a rush you can just throw this on without anything else and not need to worry. I didn’t love the texture but it’s still great and does what it needs to do!

Great SPF!

Now because of the current state of the world, I didn’t get to wear this SPF outside very often in the trial period, but I did wear it every day to test how it felt on my skin.

It goes on smooth, feels great on the skin and absorbs well so there is no problem wearing it under makeup!

Nice, light SPF protection.

I like that this sunscreen is nice and light and SPF 30 is about what I like to wear for everyday sun protection. This has a pleasant scent and went on smoothly. I'm not sure that it had any impact on the radiance of my skin, but I do like to use SPF as part of my daily routine. I did notice that when used with the serum and gel cream I did experience some "pilling"/clumping of the products. I didn't love the packaging on this product, I feel that the small, hared tube made it difficult to get any product and would likely result in some waste. I also don't feel that this would be worth a $20 price point.
