Not repurchasing, ever.
This is probably -and sadly- one of the WORST facial sunscreens I’ve ever tried. It’s a lightweight lotion with LOTS of shimmer. It’s meant to give you a healthy glow, which I was expecting from active ingredients, but certainly not from a gold-mica overload. That’s not even the worst of it all, but the application is a pain to watch and do: It pills like crazy!! Even by itself, this isn’t layering on top of anything whatsoever. It really is such a terrible Neutrogena product. For a 30ml container retailing at CA$ 28 + tax, it’s a total HELL NO from me. Please check the pictures for proof of my statement 😞☹️
Not something I want to use as an spf
Again I’m disappointed that neutrogena thinks brightening one’s face means to put sparkles. It’s not what I’m looking for when I want to brighten up my complexion and look alive. I’d rather buy an ordinary moisturizer with spf that doesn’t target dullness or doesn’t brighten.
Terrible on the skin
This is the one product from the line I was very disappointed in. When I put it on it left a white-ish metallic film on my skin and fingers. It did not go on smoothly at all and made my skin look worse. Terrible consistency,
$20 for this????
$20 for 30 ml?!?!? You best be kidding me.
Did it work -yes.
It was nice that it was very sheer and didnt not feel greasy on the skin.
I do not spend my money on non-reef safe sunscreens so i would never recommend or repurchase. I think your $20 can go a lot further with a better choice of face sunscreen.
Cakes up like a bad foundation
I received this Neutrogena bright boost moisturizer for free from ChickAdvisor in exchange for my honest review. #gotitfree #NeutrogenaBrightBoost
I really tried to like this product but every time I use it, it reminds me why I just can’t. First it doesn’t sink into my skin, it just sits there like a greasy, shimmery film. Also by the end of the day I notice that it cakes up like a bad foundation. The only thing I like about this moisturizer is that it smells good and has spf 30 in it. I would not repurchase this.
