Great Product!

Neutrogena Hydro Boost City Shield Eye Serum is easily one of my favorite Neutrogena products I have ever tried. It is exremely light and airy and applies effortlessly. It reminds me more of a gel type hydrator which are my favorite type anyways so I definitely enjoyed it! I have already recommended this product to numerous coworkers and I just received it less than a week ago so needless to say, I was definitely not disappointed.

Gets rid of Dark Circles!

I like that this serum provided much needed hydration underneath my eyes. It did seem to brighten underneath although since I haven’t used it yet for a full week, I still see my undereye circles. But from what I’ve experienced thus far, I’m really excited to see the full and final results. It’s a light feeling and dries pretty quickly after application.
