Light-weight, Effective Moisturizer

I had the opportunity to try Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream courtesy of ChickAdvisor. I have very dry skin, so using a moisturizer on a regular basis is a must! I typically use a facial moisturizer twice a day. I hate using thick or heavy products on my face, so I very much enjoyed using this product. It applies easily and absorbs quickly into my skin. It is an effective moisturizer but doesn't leave skin feeling greasy. I would recommend this as a great summer product!

Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream smells wonderful! It's lightweight and absorbs quickly. My skin feels softer than it has in months, and this cream has worked wonders for my usual dry, flaky patches. I can go the whole day without feeling like my skin has dried out! The price of $19.97 is right around what I spend for my usual moisturizer, so definitely a good bang for your buck!

Hydro boost!!

Very interesting... I dont use gel cream but I like the texture. It kept my skin hydrated for awhile but I don't think it is suited for winter... On a sunny day, this cream is good. Interested to try for a few weeks and see the result.

Lightweight

I received a sample sized Neutrogena hydro boost gel cream for free. I m a fan of water based moisturizers but I have mixed feeling about this one. The cream is very lightweight and smells great. It gets absorbed very quickly, but not moisturizing enough for me especially because of the dry winter. I have to add other product over it. I’ll try it again in the summer .

Absolutely loved it!

This gel cream is the bomb! I can't believe it's only 20$ for the full size. It's oil free which is perfect for my skin type since I'm super oily. The smell is good enough to eat and the feeling of it on my skin is amazing. It isn't too tacky and it reminds me so much of the h2o moisturizer from Tarte, one of my fave moisturizers! I'm definitely going to repurchase this because of how hydrating it is.

Not enough quantity to properly review

I received a very small tube so not able to review properly. From what my wife told me that she definitely felt the skin hydrated and smells nice. She will probably buy to try.

I've always struggled with dry skin and I'm also always looking for the most hydrating product I can find to add to my skincare routine. This ticked all the boxes when it comes to the things I look for: not sticky, long lasting, light and awesome smell or unscented and lightweight.

Super thin and light weight, this serum goes on smoothly and provides me with all day moisturising. Not sticky is another big plus for this and I have already picked a jar up at Walmart! A little goes a long way so this will last you awhile. The scent is light, clean, fresh and gender neutral. I've included it in my routine every morning and at night before bed.

Gentle and long lasting I'd recommend this to anyone suffering from dry skin, mine drinks it right up especially the dry patches at the sides of my nose that tend to flake.

Very lightweight moisturizer!

This moisturizer is very lightweight and non greasy. I have combination skin and it is very hard for me to find the perfect moisturizer without having to break out, or flaky skin. This product solves all of that! after putting it on it gives you this very refreshed feeling on the face. It is perfect of the summer time! I have received this for free from chickadvisor, but i have also purchased this before it was sent to me.

I received this product for free as part of the Product Review Club. This Neutrogena gel cream is a very interesting product. It's a face moisturizer, without really feeling like your typical moisturizer. What I mean by this is that as soon as you rub the gel onto your skin, it instantly disappears. My skin did not have any dampness or tackiness afterwards, like typical moisturizers will do. This makes the Neutrogena gel cream perfect for applying before makeup. There is no wait time for your skin to dry, therefore it's great for when you're in a rush and need to apply makeup quickly. It did keep my skin feeling soft and got rid of some minor dry patches. The scent is very light, almost unnoticeable, so it's great for people sensitive to scents. It's on the expensive side for a drugstore moisturizer (almost $20) so I'm not sure if I'll make it a regular repurchase. I will keep it in mind, though, as being a great product and if the occasion fits, I wouldn't mind using it again.

Decent drugstore cream

I received a sample size of the NEUTROGENA HYDRO BOOST GEL CREAM for free from Chick Advisor.

Overall, I think this gel-cream is a drugstore equivalent to higher end gel creams available.

I liked this cream and found that it soaked into my skin well. Hands down, the best gel-cream I have used from the drugstore. The scent wasn't overpowering and my skin felt moisturized. It provided a great base for makeup.

I didn't find my skin felt hydrated all day with this product, but it wasn't super dry either.

Overall, I would use this product again and recommend to friends who like a gel-cream product.
