Hydrating Cream
This is a great bargain product and I love how hydrating it feels. They usually carry it at Costco for a great price and definitely helps for dry skin.
Best moisturizer for oily skin
This is such an awesome moisturizer for oily skin. It is water based. So it won’t make your face extra oily after applying. Also it hydrates your skin really well.
Loved it
I absolutely love this product. My skin is usually dry so after the first days of using it, I felt the difference. It felt healthier, softer and moisturized.
My skin loves it!!
I have been using this gel creme over a year now. I have oily skin though this works wonder to my skin. After using this my skin feels soft, hydrated all the time, it has helps to lock the moisturize to the skin
Best hydrating cream
This cream wears super light and packs a bunch of hydrating features, especially with the hyaluronic acid. Best best best and cheap too!! I wear this day and night with no issues at all!
Great moisturizer for acne prone skin
This product feels so silky and goes on smoothly. It absorbs into skin fast and doesn't make your skin feel greasy at all. I have sensitive acne prone skin. I've tried many different moisturizers that made me break out but this product didn't make me break out. Great moisturizer! I did however, find it too drying for around my eyes. I love this product and recently purchased the version with spf 25 and it works just as great!
This product is good but not excellent for acne prone skin
If you’ve got oily and acne-prone skin, finding a decent moisturiser that doesn’t turn you into an oil tank by afternoon is not an easy task. Out of the many different formulas I’ve tried over the years, only a few products truly suited my problematic skin well. Today’s review is about Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel, which I bought a few months back. Let’s see how it worked for my skin. The Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel comes in a light blue coloured pot with a twist up lid. The packaging looks pretty, but I would prefer a pump bottle so, you don’t have to keep putting your fingers inside the pot to dig out the product. The packaging is quite bulky and not hygienic at all. However, it’s quite sturdy. I have dropped it a few times but, it’s still intact.Firstly, talking about its texture and consistency, the texture is in between that of a gel and water. Its consistency is thin, runny and translucent. It absorbs very quickly into the skin as if your skin gulps in all at once, and no matter how much product you use, it doesn’t turn your skin greasy, which is a big yay. Once absorbed, it leaves your skin incredibly smooth with an almost matte finish. The water gel does hydrate the skin very well. Just a pea-sized amount is all you need for face and neck, which means it will last longer. My husband has been using this every night before bed for almost four weeks, and I’ve also used it a few times in the morning, and I’m nowhere near the halfway mark. There is a fragrance to this product, and it smells clean and fresh to me. I love the scent of this product. It’s mild and soothing but might not suit sensitive noses. It hydrates the skin so well and provides such a perfect makeup finish if you wear it underneath your makeup. I like everything about it, except the fact that it broke out my skin. I started getting breakouts after using this, which is pretty common and happens in case of the majority of products. Only a few skincare products suit my skin or I must say, my skin is very choosy when it comes to skincare and makeup. Apart from that, I loved it as all its claims are absolutely true.

Great Stuff
I have been using this in my skin after cleansing and it is magical. I love how it makes my skin feel so soft and moisturized. It doesn't leave a heavy or sticky film afterwards. Also, I love how fast my skin absorbs the product. It has become a new holy grail of mine. I have also tested it out as a primer/Moisturizer before my makeup application. It worked perfectly.
I would buy this stuff again and again !!My skin is amazing!
Best stuff I've ever chosen to "try". I've had acne prone/oily/dry skin since my early 20's. I have used EVERYTHING out there to help clear it up. Nothing worked. Or something would help the acne, but completely dry my skin out that it literally hurt to smile. Or I'd use something to help with the dry skin, and my skin would go into rescue mode and create an immense amount of oil overcompensating for the dryness. It was frustrating, I was insecure. People who have had skin problems KNOW what I'm talking about.
I tried this last November, bc I'd run out of moisturizer, and asked my mom if I could borrow some of hers. Neutrogena hydro boost was what she gave me to use that day. I first noticed after I applied it to my face, neck and décolletté, how velvety my skin felt. And it was as if my skin just drank it up! Like it really needed it. So I applied a little more. Went to bed, woke up the next morning- my skin looked and felt totally different. No fabrication. No exaggeration. The texture was different. I had a glow. And even my acne wasn't as red, or aggitated looking. And had seemed actually slightly minimized. I began using it from that day forward and my cystyc acne has ceased, my skin is supple, clear, brightened. All I can think is that this moisturizer some how balanced the pH levels in my skin. I can't live without this stuff. It's fantastic.
