A very light, fast absorbing quench for skin

I wish I received a bigger sample when i #GotItFree curtesy of @ChickAdvisor for testing purposes. This little tube lasted me about a week of applications. I added just abit into my sunscreen and it absorbed right in! My skin felt awesome since it seemed replenished with moisture. Using our in the morning gives the skin a pick me up. You barely need to use any product so a whole container would last a long time. Worth the price because goes on light and absorbs with ease. Non greasy clear formula goes on without feeling like it is on your face but feeling that it works!

Though the scent was nice and texture was light and absorbed easily into my skin, it was not hydrating enough for my dry skin. The finish was really nice though so I might try again in the summer or when we have high humidity, but for now, it's not enough moisture for my dry/normal skin!

Great fast absorbing gel cream!

This Neutrogena Hydro Boost gel cream might be the only moisturizer that I would branch out into the drugstore for! It's fast absorbing and does not leave the skin with any residue or tackiness. It moisturizes quite well and would be something that I would go to for the summer season as I have combo sensitive type skin however I doubt that this can provide me with enough moisture for the winter time. I #gotitfree however I will definitely be purchasing this in the near future! :)

Not for winter me but I'm going to try again in the summer

I got a sample for free. I get dry spots on my face during our cold dry winters. I used this gel twice a day for a week. While my dry skin improved it didn't give me the result I was hoping for.

I really enjoyed the scent, and I am going to try it again in the summer when my skin is less dry. I think it will be perfect, not too heavy.

Skin feels hydrated but needed 2 applications

I tried the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel and I did like it. It was like a serum when you squeezed it out. It smelt great. I found I had to do 2 applications before my skin felt hydrated. If it's on sale for a good price I would definitely buy it.

Very effective

Even though this feels very light in the skin it does the job! Hydrating but not greasy , so happy girls over here! Texture is beautiful and smells good! Best Moisturizer I’ve Tried Yet

I got this free from chickadvisor for reviewing purposes. This moisturizer sinks into the skin very fast and smoothies out the texture. It doesn’t leave any residue and feels like nothing is on your face. It’s a deep moisturizer face cream for day time but doesn’t feel heavy. This didn’t break me out. It works wonders for my skin. This was my first time trying a gel moisturizer and I love it. It’s perfect for under makeup and actually made mine look even better then usual. This is such an amazing product.

New Favourite!

I had the chance to try a sample of the Hydro Boost through ChickAdvisor. The scent was really pleasant and I loved the gel texture of the cream as my face felt instantly hydrated since it absorbed into the skin really quickly. I would definitely recommend it to my friends as this cream is now my new favourite!

very great for my dry skin!

I got this Neutrogena Hydro Boost gel cream to test for free from ChickAdvisor. I love this cream, really felt moisturizing on my dry skin. I love that it doesn't feel sticky or heavy on my skin. It absorbs super quickly which I think is really great, especially if you're applying makeup over top of it. I will definitely be purchasing the full size of this product soon!

Skin stays hydrated and fresh

I received the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream for free thanks to ChickAdvisor.

This is a great moisturizer! It has a very light, fresh scent and comes out as a translucent, gel-like consistency which I had actually expected it to be a little more on the "cream" side since it is still a gel CREAM. The moisturizer absorbed very quickly into the skin, without leaving any stick residue or long waiting times for it so absorb/dry. The gel cream definitely keeps the skin hydrated and smooth and, looking fresh all day long. It also wears pretty well under makeup. I have oily skin so I did find that my skin began to look shiny after about 4-5h after application (alone and with makeup) which is normal for me. Plus the moisturizer doesn't claim to mattify the skin or anything. I know that Neutrogena carries a water gel formula that I would love to try, but it is not yet available in Canada. However, I do believe this gel cream does live up to its claims and works efficiently to moisturize the skin without leaving it too oily like most moisturizers would do to my skin, while leaving the skin looking and feeling soft, smooth and fresh.

A full-size container of this gel cream goes for about $19.97, which I think it a great price for the quality and effectiveness of the product that you are getting. Some moisturizers I have tried have cost me $20, $30, $40 and made my skin feel so gross and oily and didn't seem to have much of an effect on my skin. The Neutrogena Gel Cream leaves my skin noticeably softer and smoother for DAYS.

Overall, I think this is a great product for people of all skin types (yes even for oily girls like me!) and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
