great hydration

With the recent cold weather, my skin has been leaning more on the dry side and I needed something that would give my skin the hydration it's lacking and Neutrogena Hydro Boost Night Pressed Serum is exactly what I needed. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. As for the packaging, I really like the jar and the color, it makes the product stand out. I like the texture and how quickly my skin absorbed the cream. It definitely gave me a dewy finish and did give me plenty of hydration my skin needed. I did not break out from this product at all. I mostly used this cream at night, but on some days I used it in the morning when I wasn't wearing makeup just because I wanted a dewy finish, so I can't really say if this will cause your makeup to pill if you do decide to wear this cream under makeup. One thing I did not like in this cream was the fragrance. It's not a very heavy scent, I found it to be a light scent but it still got to me, I'm not used to creams with fragrance, so as much I like this cream for the hydration it offers, the fragrance is not something I'm keen on.

I love the moisturizer specially, smells amazing so good. Gives proper hydration with serum great for my dry skin. Using it almost for week and i can tell I feel the difference on my skin. Absolutely love it!

I am so happy to receive Neutrogena Hydro Boost Night Pressed Serum. I use this serum in the night after washing my face. I have dry skin and it moisturizes my skin so well. It's quickly absorbed into the skin and doesn't leave any residue. My skin feels so soft in the morning. Much needed hydration for my skin!

I got this Neutrogena Hydro Boost night pressed Serum, free from chickadvisor in exchange for my honest reviews. I have been using it for a couple of weeks. This serum deliver's great moisture.
My skin became so soft so hydrated. I love how this moisturizer quickly absorbed into my skin - it doesnt leave any noticeable weight or residue so it was super easy to wear. It have creamy but gel like consistency and went on smoothly although it felt a bit heavy. However it was not greasy.
Its formulated with Hyaluronic acid and effective antioxidants which help to fight for environmental stress. I used this product on my face and neck at night before bed and I woke up with soft, smooth and plumped skin. I will definitely will buy this product again. light weight occlusive for the summer but

It contains dimethicone which acts as an occlusive for a light weight summer night alternative to other occlusive. If there was a fragrance free version I'd probably purchase again.

I loved this night cream!! My skin felt amazing. So soft and even. It also looked very hydrated waking up every morning. I have never been one to use any night creams, but this one will definitely change my mind and my nightly routines !!

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is one of the most hydrophilic molecules in nature as it holds 1,000 times its weight in water. What does this mean? It means that HA loves water. Skin hydration preserves its integrity and cell function while minimizing inflammation. The HA brings the much needed water to hydrate collagen and elastin fibers. Well-hydrated collagen and elastin resist tensions and stretch forces. HA in skincare products provides good stratum corneum hydration (Happy skin).

THE PRODUCT says first that it's a night product and also it's a combination of "hyaluronic acid (HA) and antioxidants". We already know that HA is a layer that settles on the top of our skin and prevents losing water from our skin into the environment and the vitamins are absorbed while we sleep. So in my honest opinion this product works as a slug. What does this mean? Slug, slugging means slathering the face at night with a heavy occlusive moisturizer. (You have probably seen this lady wearing hair rollers, white face full of cream (slugging) and two cucumber slices over their eyes). Intense or heavy moisturizers are another weapon to prevent aging. So, why slugging at night? to prevent skin dehydration because at night our skin is more prone to lose water and has the lowest capacity for barrier recovery...therefore this product traps water in the skin which results also in other benefits such as decrease inflammation, improve repair while minimizing damage. WHEN DO I ADD THIS PRODUCT TO MY SKINCARE ROUTINE? When my skin is feeling tight. After chemical peels, after skiing, after hiking, after being exposed to dry places, after going camping in the summer. I'm going to use this that way and before applying the cream I'm going to put on a layer of vitamin C or E serum. HOW DO I FELT THE NEXT DAY? My skin felt a bit oily and that is due to the HA on the top of my skin, but after I cleansing my face it is well and hydrated. WHAT'S MY OPINION OF THE TEXTURE? It is different as a combination of petroleum jelly and cream, also it's easy to rub on the skin.

KEEP IN MIND: As we age, synthesis of hyaluronic acid (HA)decreases while its degradation increases resulting in a net loss of HA that may start as early as during our 20s. By our 40s-50s we had lost almost half of our endogenous HA resulting in skin dehydration, inflammation and increased fragility of collagen and elastin fibers.

Love this pressed serum and the lovely texture

As the name suggests, this needs to be applied at night time before bed to wake up to supple, smooth and dewy skin that is super hydrated thanks to the power of Hyaluronic Acid and supercharged antioxidants. The texture of this serum is beyond amazing and only a little is needed to moisturize the whole face. It absorbs quickly, does not leave a greasy feeling and the scent of this pressed serum is amazing which I really like. I also noticed that it helped eliminate some dry areas on my face that appeared recently on my chin. I really love this product and would definitely purchase after it is finished. This product is oil and alcohol free, non comedogenic and can be used on all skin types.
