    Love the non-greasy formula

I received this sunscreen from chickadvisor to try out. Although it's not quite summer weather where I live right now so I can't vouch for the effectiveness against sun burn (although i'm sure it works well). I tried the sunscreen on my face and the formula felt very lightweight. It didn't cause me to breakout.

    Sunscreen or a moisturizor?!

I received the sunscreen during the time of year where you don’t wear sunscreen on your body and you’re still slightly bundled up in the cold in Canada. But I use this product on just my face and I don’t most felt like just using a normal moisturizer. It didn’t have that sticky and strong scent of the many sunscreens tend to have. The smell was pleasant and soft it and didn’t weigh my face down. I wore make up over top of it felt and looked great all day. I would definitely consider this product for protection on my face, neck and arms for sure. When you use it, you don’t have that instant feeling of needing to wash your hands like you would with other sunscreens. I would definitely recommend this product #gotitfree

As a person who has vitiligo on parts of my body I appreciate the nice lightweight product with an SPF of 50 to ease my mind in skin protection.

Not my very first choice (for my face at least)

The greatest thing about this sunscreen is that it does not leave that annoying white residue as a lot of other sunscreens do! I am always very weary of applying new sunscreens to my face as I am fairly sensitive and my pores tend to get very clogged up with the wrong sunscreens and I can sometimes break out as well! I tried this one on my neck and lower cheeks and chin and it seems to be okay so far (but the weather in Toronto has been ice storms so I haven't been using it constantly yet). The sunscreen gets absorbed very easily into the skin which is great, you do not have to spend much time rubbing it into the skin. The scent is pleasant, but if you are sensitive to scents, this may be too strong for you. The only concern I have here is the ingredients seem to have a lot of alcohol based ones and those dry my skin out usually, so I will keep an eye out for that. I think so far I will use this if I need to wear makeup on top as it is absorbed very easily and is not greasy, but when I know I will be out in the sun and really need a lot of protection, I will probably go back to my usual sunscreens! #gotitfree #complimentary! Thanks ChickAdvisor for letting me try this product!

    It Works!

While my coworkers have burned the past few days, even with sunscreen, I've stayed both moisturized and burn free. Extremely effective, pleasing blue color is super cute, and no lingering scents or oiliness. Pretty near perfect.

Great option for non-greasy facial sunscreen

I received this product free to try for free. This sunscreen felt and smelled more like a face cream then a sunscreen. I found it to be non-greasy, and absorbed quite quickly into my skin without leaving a residue like most sunscreen usually does. I would recommend this product if you're looking for a high spf sunscreen that won't clog your pores and smells great!

    My new (eventual) summer sunscreen!

Although mother nature hadn't gotten the memo until this week that it's spring and supposed to be sunny, I tested out Neutrogena's new SPF and was impressed. It's effectiveness still remains to be seen, but I really like the subtle scent and the way it absorbs quickly and smoothly into my skin. I hope it's SPF 50 strength will protect my pale skin from getting sunburned this summer, but for now I know that it moisturizes very well while leaving a fresh not-too-sunscreeny scent.

    Wow!

I use alot of sunscreen over the years and this sunscreen has become one of my favourites. I love the scent and it contains hyaluronic acid which helps keep your skin moisturized. It is light and absorbs fast. I will be using this all summer long...

I received this for free for my review.

    Good body sunscreen

I am extremely picky on sunscreens, whether it is a physical or a chemical one. This chemical sunscreen might come out as a white cream but the white cast fades away as soon as you blend in with your skin. There is definitely fragrance and (uncessary) colorants in this product but nothing overpowering.

Since it's still cold over my side of the country, I tested it on my hands only as Neutrogena considers it as a body sunscreen. I appreciate the high SPF coverage (50) and the added hydration component (hyaluronic acid), which is always appreciated during spring and summer seasons. I can totally see it as a good unisex body sunscreen but probably not for my sensitive face. I tend to opt for a lower alcohol content in terms of facial sunscreens. I will definitely update my review as the weather gets warmer.

I received this sunscreen complimentary from the brand and Chickadvisor in exchange of my honest opinion.

Great Sunscreen For Your Face... Maybe Not Makeup?

I really liked this sunscreen. I've used it everyday since I've got it, and so far I'm really enjoying it. It feels quite mositurizing actually, and I've used just this suncreen under my makeup on somedays.

I do find that if I don't use a really good primer, it messes with my foundation.

But I like that this sunscreen blends really easily into the skin, and doesn't make it feel greasy. It really does feel more like face cream rather than sunscreen.

I have a small breakout right now, which is unusual for me. I'm not sure if it's the suncreen or me forgetting to take my makeup off one night.

I might recommend a different sunscreen for your face if you wear really heavy foundation.

    New favourite sunscreen!

*Disclosure: I received this product complimentary from ChickAdvisor for testing/review purposes.

The Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel Sunscreen is very lightweight on the skin. The consistency of the sunscreen is very liquidy - almost like lotion. It applies, spreads and absorbs into the skin very well, not greasy and doesn't leave a white cast - which is great! It does have a hydrating feel on my skin but it leaves a tad bit of sunscreen texture - it's not sticky but it definitely feels like a layer of product is on the skin.

I like how it doesn't have that typical strong sunscreen scent. It smells neutral enough that it won't be irritating to the nose. I would most certainly recommend this product to everyone and to be used everyday, especially during the summer due to its spf 50.
