we finally have some nice weather so I was able to put this lotion to the test.

Pro:
- a little goes a long way
-Great UV protection
-No streaks
-Absorbs well and quickly

Cons:
- it is more a lotion than a gel
- the cream is very liquid
-left a shiny/greasy finish to my face
- after application, my fingers felt vert dry and not smooth like they would be if hydrated.
- needs to be re-apply every 2 hours
- Smells like hair product

Overall I would not purchase this product because I find the price to be to expensive for a sunblock that needs to be re-apply this often and for the size of the tube and there are more cons and pros for me.

Feels good

Although I live in Canada so it's not sunny (still snowing) so I couldn't text the effectiveness of the spf, I did try it on my skin and it felt really good. Will be a nice lightweight product for the summer.

I have spent a couple of years trying out different sunscreens, especially with the night treatments i use - it is crucial to wear a sunscreen daily.
I have yet to find one that does not completely clog my pores, and feels weightless under makeup... until now!
i love the gel-like formula, light scent (if any), and fast absorption. This effortlessly blends in to skin, provided a perfect base for makeup - without the need to use an SPF BB or CC cream before!
I won't be leaving the house this summer without this! it's been incorporated in to my daily makeup routine.

Good drugstore option

I really like the texture of this sunscreen, it doesn't leave any oily residue as it spreads like a moisturizer. The cream is very light and it absorbs quickly with no oily residue. It doesn't leave a white cast when used with flash photography. I will continue to use it during the sunny months and see how well it performs during high UV days+sweat.

Such an amazing product

I #gotitfree the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel Sunscreen SPF 50 and I am such a fan! This product works amazingly! It smells great, with just a very faint sunscreen smell to it. It works great as a base under makeup, allowing foundation to be smoothed over perfectly. My skin was left soft and smooth all day. I am a relatively shiny person, and was concerned with this product aggravating that. There was a minimal amount of shine, nothing some powder couldn't fix. At 31 years old I still have the skin of a teenager. This product cleared me up while I used it! I think it's fantastic that a sunscreen works so well at clearing up acne. This trait should definitely be advertised on the product as so many people with sensitive skin avoid heavy sunscreens for fear of breaking out. The price is very decent, considering all the great qualities of the product. I would recommend this product in a heartbeat and will be purchasing it in the future!

Avec le soleil qui commence à sortir j'ai eu la chance d'essayer Neutrogena Hydro boost échantillon offert par Chick-Advisor Club des bancs d'essai. Ayant besoin d'une bonne protection solaire, cette crême pénètre vraiment bien dans la peau, sent bonne, et protège toute la journée en laissant ma peau hydraté. Je vais définitivement acheté cette crême pour le reste de l'été. Je la recommmande fortement, produit de très bonne qualité.

Love this new sunscreen now

Ok in not a usual sunscreen person. Whe i do i go for those thick creams and then experience breakouts. Ugh. Neutrogena has always been a trusted brand for acne prone skin so this sunscreen is light. Did not feel heavy and took care of my dryness too. Best of all.. no breakouts i loved the light weight formula. Thank you chickadvisor for letting me try this for free.

Best sunscreen ever!

For someone that is always in need of a little more hydration to their skin, but also some spf protection... this product is for you.
I got this product thanks for Chick Advisor for free to review. I absolutely loved it.
I went for a walk with some of my friends now that the weather is getting nicer. Their faces all got burnt, but I wore this sunscreen and my face stayed protected and was still hydrated and protected.
This product is very easy to apply, and non-greasy, which is a major plus when it comes to suncreen because who wants to have greasy skin? Not me.

Give this a try. It is a great value for the quality you receive with this product.

Great smelling sunscreen!!

So glad I go to try the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel Sunscreen SPF50 as part of the @chickadvisor Product Review Club and #gotitfree ! This sunscreen is very easy to apply and does not require much product. It goes on in a line layer and quickly absorbs in to your skin. Since it's water based it's not thick like some sunscreens, it's more like a face cream than a sunscreen. It doesn't have your typical sunscreen smell which is a bonus, it's a rather neutral scent! I would absolutely recommend purchasing this and the price point is very good! Thanks @chickadvisor and @neutrogena

Refreshing sunscreen

I received this product as part of the Chick Advisor review club. I am glad that i use the sunscreen for my vacation last week in Asia, it was very hot compared to my city it is still cold. This sunscreen does give a refreshing feeling and has a thick, yet light texture. It absorbs well. It doesn't leave white cast and it is not sticky. It has a hint of a fresh scent. After a long day, it does moisturized and hydrated my face, but it gave my face shiny. My face is oily, that is why xD I recommend to everyone, but for oily people just beware, or try, it may works for you!
