No Shine SPF

I thought this Neutrogena Hydro Boost SPF 50 was an effective BODY sunscreen that had no downsides. It absorbs fast and doesn't leave behind any streaks even though it's tinted a white palest blue (it says "water gel" but it's not transparent). It is a scent that I really enjoy but it's hard to describe: I'd say it's lilac with a faint undertone of bubblegum (I'm sure that's not correct but it's lovely and light). It doesn't give that super shine oil look that other spfs do, this leaves a faint moisturized reflection that looks natural but is not matte. It leaves skin feeling soft and smooth to the touch. The only negative thing I found with it is that it didn't work well for my face. After it absorbed and I would apply makeup the SPF began to slough off. I think it doesn't work well with products underneath it, and I use a base serum everyday. I experimented with using 2 different brands and types of day serum underneath and both had the same sloughing off of product after the spf dried. It was an unattractive slough that looked like large amounts of dead skin that I had to brush off with a dry cloth and made me wonder if the spf was no longer on my face. With that said, the packaging doesn't market it as a facial product. So overall I would say it's a great and fresh scented body spf and I love the fact that it's a high number at spf 50 so it is good value. I wouldn't recommend it for a face spf, but I do recommend it for a body spf that has a grown up chic scent. #GotitFree with ChickAdvisor Product Review Club

Légère et non grasse

Un écran solaire tout en légèreté qui ne laisse pas la peau grasse! J'aime la senteur et la couleur de l'emballage. Très attrayant et estival! Prix un peu élevé par rapport à ce que j'ai l'habitude d'acheter comme écran solaire, mais il est de meilleur qualité. Je vais peut-être en racheter après avoir testé l'efficacité contre les coups de soleil cet été.

Meh, not my favourite

I recieved this product free from Chick advisor, and I wanted so badly to love it... but it was a miss for me. I found this sunscreen extremely greasy, and it took a while to dry down. It says non greasy formula so I was really disappointed. Everyone is different though so this may work better for some people.

Water Gel Sunscreen

I only used the sunscreen a couple times. I found that it left my face oily and greasy. I am also not a big fan of using a 50 SPF on my face. On the other hand, the cream had a nice light smell and it was hydrating.

Not bad!

Well this I have used in the passed and I like it a lot and works great. The price is good for the amount you get and how it works as well. I do and will be buying this over and over.

Works Perfect on my skin

This sunscreen work wonders. It doesn't clogged my pores and is very lightweight. It's not too white and it doesn't caked when applied. The smell is a bit strong but fresh and it goes away after a while. Price is just right for a sunscreen. A must try.

Perfect for the summer

I received Neutrogena Hydro boost water gel sunscreen for free from the ChickAdvisor review club. It is the first time I am trying a sunscreen from Neutrogena. There are a lot of great benefits with this sunscreen. I love that it is 50 SPF, it is hypoallergenic, water resistant (80 mins), non-greasy feeling and it does not clog pores. The value of product is in the range of average sunscreen and I feel that Neutrogena is known for their good quality. This product is not only perfect for the summer months but throughout the whole year to prevent sun burns from taking walks or any sports activities. I definitely recommend this sunscreen to those who are looking for a product that has a good amount of SPF and that is water resistant.

HélioPlex yes please

I almost always use Neutrogena sunscreen because of their Helioplex technology. This was recommended by my dermatologist for some burns that I have on my arms. This formula is a lighter more gel like formula but works the same. It does the trick and I would recommend.

Smells great, not greasy

I like this NEUTROGENA HYDRO BOOST WATER GEL SUNSCREEN SPF 50.
We haven`t had much SUN here in NL yet,,so haven`t gotten to use this an whole lot, but I have good thoughts about it.
It smells good,,it don`t smell like "sunscreen". It goes on nice and smooth,and the main thing for me,is it is not greasy! It don`t leave your face feeling icky and gross at all. it feels light on your skin and you don`t even know it is there, plus it hydrates your skin nicely.
I like it and would probably buy again. I will be using it this summer! I love that it is SPF 50 too!

Sunscreen that isn’t clumpy and greasy!

This sunscreen is one of the best I have tried so far! The texture is not thick and greasy like the majority of sunscreens out there! Also, the colour is white when it comes out but it doesn’t show up white on your skin, like most sunscreens do, it’s great!!! The fact that this doesn’t clog your pores is also super important to me because I get acne and my pores can get clogged easily! I will purchase this sunscreen in the future and recommend to all skin types, especially dry skin that needs hydration in the sun, along with the SPF of course!
