Great to use WITH your regular treatment!

This is great for small blemishes or once those cystic spots have broken. Anyone who suffers knows that it can take weeks for those to go away. By just doing a treatment at night (all my schedule had time for) I was able to clear up post cystic spots within days. I have been using this as well on residual marks and it has been great! I would say that to continue with your regular spot treatment in addition to the light. This product will not do the task all on its own.

Promising results

I must say that I was a little skeptical when I heard about the Neutrogena Light Therapy Acne Spot Treatment, but it did help reduce the inflammation of my mild breakout. It was pretty easy to use, just wash your face, put the device against your face so that it makes contact and press the button and wait until it turns off after 2 minutes (do that 3 times a day). It did reduce the inflammation of my breakout, but it was a little annoying to have to do it 3 times a day. I guess if you suffer from severe acne this would not be a true option since it would take way too long to do multiple spots on your face. Overall, this is a promising product and I look forward to using it more
