Many of the spot treatments I used to use are no longer sold, so I decided to try this out. I don't get very many pimples, but when the odd one pops up, I now use this. The idea of a more natural formula appealed to me, especially because I do have such sensitive skin. I am also allergic to anything to do with sulphur, which many acne products use, so this was a better alternative.


This product has a small percentage of salicylic acid to help existing breakouts. If you tend to break out a lot or very badly, this probably won't be the right pick for you simply because the formula isn't very strong. But if you're like me and you only need a little bit of help, this may be a good pick.


I find that this is quite liquidy. It tends to keep coming out of the tube even after I've stopped squeezing, so the cap is always a complete mess. Because it's so runny, it spreads around on the face a lot, so start with a small amount and build up from there if need be.


This has a very light scent. It definitely doesn't smell as strongly as some other acne spot treatments, which have an almost alcoholic smell. This smells more natural. It does, however, still leave my sensitive skin feeling quite tight after I apply it. Moisturizing helps with that.


I find that one tube lasts an insanely long time, so for me it's been well worth the price.

I bought it for the first time because it was on sale and my friends rated it very well.I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. I had a couple of acne I applied it on and it worked very well in about a couple of days, no scars, no irritation just perfect healing.It has a lotion like texture, but it goes on clear which is a bonus.The tube comes in a flip cap, which is easy to use but a little hard to control the amount of product that comes out.I use this product with my regular skin routine and it works amazing no problems. Everyone in my family uses this product and they all love it. I definitely recommend this product for all skin types,its all natural ingredients makes this a bonus.

This is the best spot treatment I have ever used. It gets rid of my pimples completely everytime. It comes in a small tube but a little goes a long way. I used my every night and it lasted me almost a year. It dries out my pimple and leaves me with a clear face. I purchased another spot treatment to see if this was the best one and it is. The other spot treatment didn't even come close

This stuff kind of works, but I don't think it's strong enough for severe acne.

really easy to use, great results

At the age of 43 I'm still battling acne, although it seems to be somewhat different from the type I had when I was younger. The past few years I've gone back and forth trying different products for it but never being happy with any one. A couple of weeks ago I decided to try Neutrogena Naturals Acne Spot Treatment, and so far I'm happy with it.

One of the main differences with this acne spot treatment is that it uses salicylic acid rather than benzoyl peroxide, which seems to be in most of this type of product. Aside from being too drying, I hate that using BP before going to bed means that my pillow case is probably going to be bleached because of it.

I've found that Neutrogena Naturals Acne Spot Treatment has a nice light scent and texture, and absorbs well. I don't feel like I have a layer of something over my skin after using it. It also doesn't dry my skin out. So far it seems to be working fairly well without being harsh. I've had no negative reactions to it.

Will definitely keep using this and update in a few weeks. In the meantime, definitely worth a try if you find other acne spot treatments too harsh.
