This is one of the best face washes on the market. Its a great price and it is not too harsh on your skin. Its good enough to use every day. Neutrogena makes great products and this one is no exception. Its nice to use a acne wash if you have oily skin and not have to worry about it drying your skin out too much.

Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash is a nice and thick cleanser. I like how the product foams up and cleans the makeup off my face. Sadly, I don't find the product preventing new blemishes and blackheads from forming. I would finish the cleanser but I don't plan on repurchasing it.

This is a great product - if it is too drying just use it every other day. Neutrogena products are VERY good. I have adult acne and have been searching for good products for years. And not expensive, a huge bonus!

Great product and use it everyday for best

I have adult acne, suffering for a few years now. Recently I learned I was being too hard on my skin and a friend recommending this acne wash with salicylic acid. I have to say I really like that it's clearing up my acne and the price is great. My skin is slowly getting better and no new breakouts! My only concern is that I find it alittle drying. My next goal is to find a moisturizer with spf that won't make my skin break out!

While effective at minimizing acne, I find the product too drying for my skin. The facial wash is mostly scent-free although it has a bit of a "chemical" scent, while I prefer scented products. It does prevent and help alleviate break outs. However, I do find the formula drying and if used on consecutive days, my face feels tight and ready to flake. I only use it once every two or three days. I have dry/normal skin. My boyfriend who has dry skin comments that this product is very drying for him. For that reason, I think I do not think this product is of value to people who don't have oily skin. A more gentle but strong formula might be better for anyone with more sensitive skin, more severe acne, or both.

This is awesome. The lil beads are so refreshing it's like a burst of sun totally wakes u up and leaves ur skin feeling fresh and invigorating

I've been using this product for at least 12 years!! I've tried less expensive, more expensive, all kinds of face-wash products to always go back to Neutrogena Oil Free Acne wash. This product does wonders for my VERY oily skin. It balances the dry and oily spots to make my skin just right! It's not overly expensive and it's a good size that lasts awhile. Ill always use Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash, and it will always be at my sink cause now, I have my daughter using and loving it too!!.

I actually do not like this product. I have read many reviews praising it's effectiveness, but I found that it just did not work for me personally. My combination skin is prone to blemishes and breakouts due to hormones. I found that this product was good for washing my face, but that it did not clear up blemishes or reduce their occurences. I would stick with Clearasil in the future.

My brother and my husband both use this product, I borrow it often. It's a good basic medicated cleanser and doesn't have any scrub or microbeads that can scratch. Menthol's a little potent as well.
