I can't find an eye makeup remover that leaves my eyes feeling clean and when I wake-up, without residual makeup. The closest I have come is this product. My eyes are a little slick afterwards but a pat with a dry cotton pad takes that away. Unfortunately, I still find in the morning that I have a bit of racoon eyes happening.

This stuff is great. Doesn't bother my eyes, gets the eye make-up off completely, and I like the way it looks. Used Neutrogena products for a long long time, this is one I can't be with out.

Pros:
- price is only around ~$9.00cad
- easy to get a hold of from your local grocery store or walmart
- works like the lancome and other two layer removers
Cons:
- don't like the smell
- still need to rub a bit to remove the water proof mascara and eyeliner because if you soak on your eye with the product it's kind of a waste
- leaves gunky residue in my eyes the day afterwards.
I won't be purchasing this again.

My favorite. Gentle on the eyes, but gets the job done. Leaves skin feeling almost moisturized.

This is a great eye makeup remover. I've been a devoted Lancome Bi-Facial user for years, and after finally running out of my free gift with purchase samples, I decided to try another brand. I went for Neutrogena for their quality skin care products, and I was not disappointed! This stuff is really great. It's got the dual formula, so you have to shake it before using, and it really works to remove waterproof makeup with just one or two sweeps. it doesn't leave any residue behind, and it doesn't sting or make my eye area red. The bottle is really large, and for only $6 it's such a steal. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality makeup remover that won't break the bank.

I was not really impressed with this eye makeup remover. One of the main reasons I bought it was because it was oil-free. However, it leaves an oily-feeling residue behind that you need to wash off afterwards. Taking this extra step seems a little pointless to me when there are so many other products on the market where you don't need to do this. As far as the actual job it does removing makeup, I would say it's average. It gets the majority off and does not cause any stinging which is nice. I have, however, noticed that it is causing a bit of dryness under my eyes. Overall, I wouldn't say this product is worth it when there are lots of other makeup removers that do the same job without leaving an oily-feeling residue or causing dryness.

This eye make up remover was one of the very first ones I bought. I don't remember any complaints using it. Not oily, nor stings. Gets the job done ! your skin doesn't feel dry after.
