Grapefruit clay mask

This entire grapefruit line for neutrogena has such an amazing light fresh scent with the grapefruit. This clay mask was like other masks I’ve used. Product went on well besides the packaging. I would prefer things in a tube with a lid than a disposable awkward package to tear. Overall it was a decent product and I would use definitely have it in the line of products I would buy if looking for a clay mask.

I definitely liked this mask much better than the peel off. It was a nice sensation on my face during the process. And after my skin felt bright, super soft and fresh!

Love the smell

I really love the smell of this clay mask, and it made my skin feel really smooth. The only complaint is that it is a little thicker than usual clay masks and it can be a little hard to spread on the skin

Great scent & good packaging!

I received this product as part of the Product Review Club. I love the grapefruit scent, and I love when clay masks are in smaller sized packages so that the clay doesn't dry out. I use clay masks quite regularly since I have combination skin and love how clay masks clear out your pores. This Neutrogena one was pretty standard compared to other clay masks I have tried, and while it was effective in clearing out my pores and "refreshing" my skin, it was not particularly my favorite. I may purchase when I need a clay mask for travel (and if on sale). But the scent is a winner!

So far my least favourite clay mask

I found this to be thicker and stickier than the average clay mask. This made it hard to spread around my face and hard to remove. My skin felt smoother but was slightly irritated as I had to scrub harder than usual to get it off. It was nice to have #gotitfree but unfortunately this was just not the mask for me. It smelled amazing though and points on the very bright colour.

Good clay mask for a good price

This mask was smooth and refreshing. I use clay masks regularly, and enjoyed this one quite a bit. The clay didn't dry out completely, but left my skin feeling smooth and soft. Feels lighter than other clay masks and was easy to apply.

I dont usually get charcoal but this actually was okay to use. Not sure if I would buy it or not

Amazing scent

I love the smell of grapefruit, so when I was selected to test this clay mask out, I was beyond excited.
With one application it's hard to say it's effectiveness for acne prone skin like I have but the texture is what I expected. The smell is amazing. I really enjoyed the clay mask and would recommend it. The only down fall was getting all of the applacation from the pouch. But otherwise I would buy this.

Great mask

I loved everything about this mask except for the fact it took longer to dry then the recommended time to have on. I found it get extremely tight around my mouth and some parts took longer to dry then others. It left my face with an amazing glow and soft and subtle feeling .

Typical clay mask

The clay mask package was easy to open, however I would prefer it was easier to dispense. The clay applied smoothly and was easy to even out over my face. There was enough in the package for two applications (my two young children enjoyed the leftovers).
The mask dries well in the ten minutes as suggested on the package. When washing it off, I used a facecloth and warm water to remove it. This was fairly easy to accomplish. There was a light grapefruit scent when I was washing the mask off.
