Awesome feel on my skin

This product at first appearance was a bit off putting. BUT when I felt the product and applied it to me skin it was absolutely amazing. It felt like silk and absorbed so nicely. I noticed a subtle decrease in my wrinkles and will definitely continue with this product to experience the full benefit. #freeproduct

Hydratante mais pas magique

La crème régénératrice Neutrogena réparation rapide des rides est un bonne crème hydratante qui pénètre rapidement dans la peau et qui ne laisse pas de résidus huileux sur la peau après son application. Par contre, pour ce qui est de son efficacité au niveau de la réparation supposé des rides, elle laisse à désirer mais comme toutes les autres crèmes peu importe la marque qui nous garantissent le même résultat. Je la recommande donc si vous cherchez une bonne crème hydratante douce pour la peau avec une valeur d’achat raisonnable à mon avis pour le format et la qualité du produit.

My skin didn’t react very well with this cream initially. The interaction with my skin caused it to have a strange offensive odour (and I know this isn’t for everyone because the jar smells perfectly fine, and testing on others in my home was fine). So it may not be for everyone. For the first week I noticed the odour, then after a few days I had redness like my skin had a mild sunburn. As per the product directions, I reduced the amount I was using and only used it once in the evening. As my skin adjusted to this and I no longer reacted, I slowly increased back to twice a day and by the third week of use I wasn’t noticing the odour as much, and had zero irritation. Things I love about this cream is that it did eventually give me the look and feel of smoother skin. I also love the slight flush and feeling that it’s actually doing something positive. The negatives are that it was a process to adjust for myself personally. In most products with this first impression I would have likely discarded it instantly, though I appreciate the advice on the jar that there may be initial reactions and to slowly work back to twice per day. This direction is what worked well for me. By using it through the ChickAdvisor program and having an extended deadline (late shipment) to give me the full timeline to properly test this product, I was able to discover that given a sufficient time using it regularly it’s actually quite fantastic. The price is great for an anti-aging cream, the jar size is generous, and the cream applies and absorbs nicely. I’m not generally sensitive to products, so my best advice with this is to start slow with this one despite your known sensitivities. Also to give it a chance to see if it works for you!

Love it!

I’ve always been a lover of Neutrogena products, and this one was no exception. I was chosen to try and review this product free from Chick Advisor, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! It’s lightweight and doesn’t feel greasy, but my face feels moisturized and not oily. I haven’t used it terribly long, but I feel like I’m seeing my fine lines smooth out a bit with continued use. Excited to keep trying it!

Skin is too sensitive

Although my skin is a little sensitive I have never had the reaction that I received while using this cream. The box did say that redness and flaking could occur but my face was so red and raw looking that I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the house. I was using the product once nightly to try to ease into it but had to stop. Unfortunately I couldn’t use it enough to see a real difference.

I prefer serums

After using this product for a month I did notice that my complexion was brighter and my age spots had faded slightly. This cream is thick and absorbed fairly well into my skin. The smell is very mild which I did not mind at all. Personally myself I enjoy putting a serum on my face over a cream so that would be the reason I would not buy this product.

Effective

I got Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair to try for free from Chick Advisor. It's supposed to be unscented but it has a bit of a smell, as everything does, but it goes away quickly. It is very thick and goes on smooth with no greasy feel. I was a little concerned when my face started to get what appeared to be dry flaky patches but that was just the retinol accelerating skin turnover, it cleared up quickly and my skin now looks brighter and plumper with less noticeable wrinkles around my eyes. A definite winner!

Made my skin glow

I tested this out for three weeks, and found it had a nice effect on my skin but it took some time to get there. Within a few days it made my skin feel a bit like I had a very mild sunburn, and within the first week I had a few dry, flaky patches of skin on my cheeks. By the second week my skin was feeling softer and had a nice glow. But I don't see any noticeable difference in my pre-existing wrinkles and creases. Then again, I don't believe any topical cream other than Retin-A can have a dramatic effect in such a short span of time. I did like how it made my skin look and feel in the end though, so I would continue using it now that my skin is used to it. Also, despite being labeled as fragrance free, it does have a mild scent, but it's not perfumey, which I appreciate.

Rapid Wrinkle Repair Rocks!

Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair with Accelerated Retinol SA is a great product. Because of the retinol often being touted as making one a bit more sun sensitive, I use this product at night, as I'm a bit negligent when it comes to daily sunscreen. I think my skin is already smoother after using this product for several weeks. I like the smooth texture and the scent is very mild, which is important to me. I hope to notice a much larger difference in my fine lines and skin texture as I continue to use this cream.

I thought this was a good cream. I tested this product on myself (20s) and my mother (50s) to see the different on different ages. Being a wrinkle cream I would recommend it more for older woman, but overall it was a good cream. Personally I need something more moisturizing so I will not be continuing to use this product but my mother will be as she enjoys this cream a lot.
