Not An Effective Product

I had the opportunity to try NEUTROGENA® RAPID WRINKLE REPAIR® Retinol Oil courtesy of ChickAdvisor. Being in my mid-thirties, fine lines and wrinkles are a concern for me, however I did not experience any noticeable differences after using this product twice daily for about two weeks. The product is easy to dispense using the built-in dropper. While it is supposedly fast-absorbing, my face was left feeling oily until the next time I washed it. If anything, this product may be an effective moisturizer, but due to its oily nature, I would be more inclined to use it during the winter season.

Une huile correcte...

J'étais ravie de faire partir de ce banc d'essai avec la nouvelle gamme de Neutrogena Correcteur de rides express.
Moi qui suis une fan des huiles pour le corps, cheveux et ongles, j'avais très hâte de tester celle-ci pour le visage.

Après s'être nettoyé le visage avec le nettoyant Correcteur de rides express, on applique 5 gouttes dans la paume de notre main avec le compte-gouttes de la bouteille et on masse notre visage avec des petits mouvements circulaires pour bien faire pénétrer l'huile. Je trouve qu'elle sent bon, mais qu'il lui faut beaucoup de temps pour se faire complètement absorber. Je craignais mettre du maquillage par-dessus par peur qu'il ne coule à cause de l'effet gras. Même si on nous indique d'en appliquer matin et soir, je préfère vraiment me garder ce produit pour ma routine du soir seulement.
De plus, je n'ai pas encore remarqué une différence dans l'apparition de mes ridules.

Je n’ai pas vraiment aimé ce produit...

J’ai reçu ce produit à l’essai pour une semaine.... je n’ai pas vraiment aimé le produit, je n’ai pas vu de changement au niveau de ma peau et en plus ce produit est comme huileux donc je n’ai pas apprécié du tout cette texture sur mon visage..... j’avais l’impression d’avoir la peau grasse....

I got this product to try for free from chickadvisor. I liked the way it smelled. It was oily but not super oily after I was finished applying it on my face. I haven’t seen any results so far but maybe after I keeping using it

I didn’t see any improvement

I was very excited to use this product as I do enjoy neutrogena products but after using for more than a week I didn’t see any difference in my skin. I have discoloration on my skin and I was hoping this would make them fade at least a little bit but it did not make a difference what so ever ! I’m hoping by using it for prolonged time it may change my skin for the better as it does have retinol in it !

Huile hydratante idéale pour la nuit!

J’ai reçu ce produit gratuitement! Cette huile est très hydratante et on sent sa texture pénétrante dès l’utilisation! Idéale pour la nuit car prend le temps de bien pénétrer. Le matin on sent encore son visage soyeux. Par contre, le matin, si on veut se maquiller par la suite, le film huileux est moins intéressant.

Not for oily skin

Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Retinol Oil has a nice, clean, fresh smell with no heavy perfume.

I would not recommend this product for people with oily or combination skin. I found using it twice a day made my combination skin have a greasy feeling through the day.

Okay but leaves an oily feel to my skin

I #gotitfree to try and after a week I wasn’t totally satisfied. I think it slightly reduced wrinkles but the down side was that my face always felt greasy. I was uncomfortable all day until I could wash my face. I may continue to use this but will definitely only use it at bedtime. I also used the neutrogena exfoliating cleanser. This I quite liked and the little beads in the cleanser gently sloughed off dead skin and made my face smooth. This I will definitely continue to use but I don’t think I’d use it twice a day. I’d probably only use this at bedtime as well. I don’t think I would purchase this product, not because of its effectiveness but because of the way it left my skin feeling.

Smells great, but not for me

I'm not overly knowledgeable when it comes to wrinkle treatment and retinol oil. I gave Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Retinol Oil a try and did not notice any difference in the appearance of lines and wrinkles. It did leave my skin feeling soft and moisturized, but my skin felt weighed down. It was fine after a few hours when it fully absorbed.
I can't say that I'm a fan of oil treatments, but this product does smell nice! The cost is $38.99 at Shoppers, which seems reasonable in comparison to similar products.

Not for me

I received the Retinol Oil free for trial. I used it in conjuction with the prep wash. I started using it twice a day but then after three days changed it to once a day as I noticed breakouts starting. The oil was easily absorbed and did not leave a greasy feel. I took a picture before using the oil and another after two weeks and compared the two. I really didn't see any difference to my skin or fine lines. This really did not work for me and is not something I would buy.
