I like how soft and oil free my face felt after using. Its important to me to have a cleaser that really gets in and cleans my skin. Working in the trades my skin really gets dirty.

Too drying, not for everyday use

I was really excited to trying the Neutrogena Skin Balancing Gentle Clay Cleanser. I love that it has polyhydroxy acid (PHA), a great ingredient for exfoliating and deep cleaning skin, but other aspects of the cleanser were lacking. My skin produces lots of oil, but is also really dry (the worst), and this cleanser sucked every last drop of moisture out of my skin. It left me feeling dry and tight and subsequently my skin responded by producing even more oil and becoming oilier than ever. I don't feel that clay is an ingredient that should be used in an everyday cleanser, as it is harsh and drying. Stripping back the ingredients and creating a gentle, moisture-replenishing cleanser with PHA would likely work better. Overall, this product is just too harsh, stripping, and drying.

I am in love with this product !!! It makes the skin soooo soft !! And it actually very good for the oily skin !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very impressed!

Loved the consistency of the product right away. The smell is very fresh and very delicate. The cleanser took off all of my make up and left my skin feeling smooth and hydrated. Will definitely be purchasing again!

Oily skins best friend

I have super oily skin and this stuff helps control the grease and shine after washing for hours even under makeup. Leaves no over dryness or itchiness

So gentle

This product works so gently on my skin and leaves it feeling so soft and fresh. It has a convenient pump bottle so it’s not messy at all. I’ve recommended this product to a bunch of my friends and they love it as well.

Neutrogena Clay Cleanser

I love love love this product! Since I used this, I can see the difference on my face! Less oil and its so light and the smell of the clay is not overpowering. I definitely buy this again!

Smooth clean skin

I actually bought this before it came out and I didn't realize it was the same thing! I'm so in love with it. The reason I chose it was because of the features. It doesn't wreck your skin's PH. Which is important as an adult you have even more sensitive skin. The clay feels luxurious! Even though it's a smooth creamy product my face comes out feels smooth. Like it was gently exfoliated.

J’ai adoré ce nettoyant car il a laissé ma peau extrêmement propre et fraîche, sans toutefois la rendre sèche. Je n’ai eu aucune réaction négative. J’adore qu’il est formulé sans plusieurs iritants.
