Trying something new

I really disliked the smell of this product. I did not notice any difference in my skin. The value was decent as most other products were way more expensive. Bottle was cute and I will finish it off but I don't think I will buy it again.

It works

The packaging is very eye-catching with the pink and black. My eyes automatically went to it at the store. Normally milky cleansers are too gentle for me. But I do like this one! It is gentle, but still cleans my skin and removes oils from my pores. I can see improvements to my skin every time I use this cleanser. Less redness, texture, etc. Definitely my favourite cleanser from Neutrogena.

Cleanse without drying

Neutrogena's Gentle Milk Cleanser is the perfect daily face wash if your skin is sensitive or dry or reactive because it's got no perfumes, colours, alcohol or parabens in so will cleanse without stripping skin's natural barrier of essential moisture. This cleanser has a PHA formula which means it gently buffs away impurities like excess oil, dirt, make-up to reveal a clean, fresher looking, balanced and more radiant complexion but it's mega gentle so it does so without irritation to skin and it takes off make-up like waterproof eye liner or mascara with such ease.

Great product

Other face washes leave my face feeling dry as soon as I use it. This product leaves my face moisturized and healthy! This product has quickly become a staple in my skin care routine.

Greasy!

Neutrogena is my go-to for facewashes. I went to the store to get the pink grapefruit one, but they were out so I picked up this one. If it wasn’t for the pandemic, I probably would have returned this if I could. Let me start by saying if you prefer a foaming wash like me, don’t even think about picking this one. It was watery when you pump it and didn’t foam at all. Instead of leaving my face feeling clean, it felt HORRIBLE. The wash left a greasy residue on my skin that actually made me break out within an hour even though it is supposed to be for sensitive skin. The only nice thing about this wash was the minimal to no perfume smell. Needless to say, I won’t be purchasing this again.

Oily

This product is oily and does not clean your skin well. I was looking forward to it for a new skin cleanser but it was super runny, and left my face very oily and uncomfortable.

Gentle Hydrating cleanser

I have dry skin and I typically lean towards gel or very gentle foam cleansers but I was very impressed with the millky consistency of this cleanser. It's quite lightweight and emulfies well. I find that it cleans my skin well without stripping my skin or being an irrirant. The only reason I have it 4 stars is because I usually use an exfoliaing toner or mask rather than in my cleanser. However, the additional exfoliant properties (PHA) may be great for individuals with sensitive skin who doesn't normally exfolite often.

i recommend this product for everyone !!! it's a cleanser that contain milk and which help for dryness and sensitive skin ..... i purchased this item and i will do it always !

Moisturizing

Very good for sensitive dry skin. I have very dry skin i was looking for a good moisturizing cleanser and this one left a good trace on my skin. After cleansing with this I feel my skin so soft and moisturized
